<br><ul><li><p>Assist in preparing concept designs, space planning, and interior layout proposals.</p></li><li><p>Develop detailed joinery and fit-out shop drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.</p></li><li><p>Prepare 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other visualization software.</p></li><li><p>Review architectural and interior design drawings to ensure compatibility with joinery requirements.</p></li><li><p>Produce detailed drawings for custom furniture, cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchens, doors, wall paneling, ceilings, counters, and other joinery items.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Estimation, Procurement, Production, and Project teams regarding design requirements.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing material specifications and finish schedules.</p></li><li><p>Revise drawings based on client comments, consultant feedback, and site conditions.</p></li><li><p>Conduct site visits and take measurements when required.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and local regulations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.</p></li><li><p>Support the senior design team in project coordination and design development.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design software.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Technical Skills:</p><ul><li><p>Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar 3D modeling software.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other presentation software.</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and fit-out construction.</p></li><li><p>Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and furniture detailing.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</p><br></li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.</p><br></li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li><p>1–3 years of experience in joinery, interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or architectural design.</p></li><li><p>GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage but not mandatory.</p></li></ul>
