Overview<br><br>Reports to the Lead or Senior MCS. Performs administrative tasks in receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing Government Material/Property and compiles automated stock records in Maximo and other computer systems. Operate Material Handling Equipment to move product as required.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Accomplish provided tasks to standard. Count, sort incoming material to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices. Examine stock to verify quantity or conformance to specifications. Store material in bins, on the floor, on shelves, or in containers according to identifying information Fill orders or issue supplies from stock. Prepare periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock. Compile reports on use of stock, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, damage, or shelf life to stock, location changes, and denial of shipments. Prepares daily reports of Inventory, Receipts, Issues, and others as required by the Performance Work Statement. Mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles, using labeling equipment Make adjustments to inventory/location of stored stock. May determine methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space. Move or transports material or supplies to other departments, using Pallet Jack, Forklift or industrial truck. Responsible for Physical Security of Sensitive and Pilferable Items and ensure they are stored in accordance with all Regulatory policy. Maintain inventory and other stock records, using computer terminal. Designated according to material, equipment, or product stored, i.e. Retail or wholesale items. Receive, store, and sort unserviceable equipment and supplies for disposal.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Minimum Qualifications Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. High school diploma or equivalent work experience in related field. Ability to obtain on-post license and/or Qatar/Host Nation driver’s license. Ability to obtain Smart Card. Incumbent must demonstrate a high degree of English comprehension, including speaking, understanding, reading, writing and typing. Must be detailed oriented and organized. Experience:This is an entry level position in Logistics and warehousing. Here are your responsibilities:<br><br> Performs rigging works in accordance with safety and quality requirements If certified to do so, carries out the construction of scaffolding structures in accordance with the instruction given by the supervisor If certified to do so, drives the fork-lift Follows daily instructions given by the Deck Foreman or Rigging Foreman Ensures rigging works are carried out according to the applicable rigging standards and best practices Verifies that the equipment and materials are in good and safe operating conditions and reports any anomalies to the Deck/Rigging Foreman. Ensures coordination with the adjacent works to minimize coactivity and avoids unsafe conditions Follows the Permit-to-Work procedure Ensures the housekeeping of the work location During offshore or marine-related activities, assists the marine department during mooring operations as required Reports to the Rigging Foreman or the Deck Foreman<br><br>What are we looking for?<br><br>Education: ITI / Technical Certificate or equivalent. Background: Minimum 3 years of experience as Offshore Rigger, operating pipeline pre-commissioning equipment offshore/onshore. Languages: Good communication skills in English. Technical Knowledge:Hands-on experience with:Centrifugal Pumps (e.g., Caprari 500m³/hr with CAT C27 Acer engine or similar) HP Piston Pumps (e.g., MIDIS/Woma 550 ARP with CAT C18 Acer or similar) Diesel Generators (e.g., Atlas Copco with Perkins 1104C engine or similar) Air Compressors (e.g., Atlas Copco XRYS 1260 CD7 or similar) Desiccant Air Dryers (Twin-pot, 1600 scfm+Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety procedures. Services shall be performed in accordance with current Air Force Instructions, Golden Eagle Standards, Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point, Military Public Health, Tri-Service Food Code, United States Central Air Force Area of Responsibility policy, local and host nation policies, guidance and requirements necessary to meet mission requirements. The LOM reports to the Recreational Services Manager and may supervise the following position(s): Lounge Operations Supervisor, Cashier/Bartender, Lounge Support, MWR Specialist, MWR Specialist Lead.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> Responsible for the management, execution, and personnel supervision of four lounges and assist the community activity centers, learning resource center, media center and theaters as needed for special events. Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team and providing clean, safe, friendly and efficient lounges. Oversees alcohol supply and inventory operations, ensures alcohol inventory/variance reports and Aloha sales tracking are accurate, ensures after event reports are accomplished, enforces safety, quality and performance standards. Responsible for the maintenance and condition of the equipment in the facility; ensures submittal and tracking of work orders to completion is accomplished and reported accurately. Responsible for monitoring other country nationals in accordance with AFCENTI 32-1002 and obtain escort badge. Shall establish and ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained and ensures necessary documentation for purchase requests are completed accurately and timely. Develop and submit a 90-day lounge-focused look ahead calendar for lounge activities in coordination with marketing team. Shall answer customer feedback in various forms and address comments in a timely, professional manner. Shall provide set up and breakdown of Government furnished equipment such as tables, chairs, music system, ice chests, stages, etc. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas. Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program. Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools). Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet. Shall perform as supplemental personnel as needed for all Installation Service functional areas. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Minimum Qualifications<br><br> Must have a High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Must have a valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver’s License. Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to deployment. Must have capability of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver’s license and capable of driving a manual transmission, CDLA and Forklift driving experience preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently. Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc. Candidates must successfully complete both online and hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD provided protective gear. <br><br>Experience<br><br> A minimum of five years of related experience with operations and supervisory experience. Management experience to include: performance management of employees, completed required reports, and excellent customer satisfaction results. Serve-Safe Alcohol and Dram Shop certified. Knowledgeable in Golden Eagle Standards and Tri-Service Food code. <br><br>Skills<br><br> Great communication, teamwork, decision making, and customer service skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook. Able and willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements Military experience in a contingency environment and knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred. <br><br>Working Environment<br><br> Work will be primarily indoors, but may be outdoors to support various events. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur. Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs. Expert in Nutanix AHV and HCI management, including Prism Element/Central and Nutanix Self Service, delivering resilient DR solutions aligned with defined RPO/RTO requirements. Nutanix Cloud Platform-focused professional with hands-on experience in Nutanix HCI, NC2, capacity planning, scripting, and standardized automation for migrations and operations, including Nutanix implementation and administration. Proven ability to support stable hybrid cloud operations through ITIL-based change and incident management.
