Job Summary The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role provides insights into financial performance, trends, and risks to improve business efficiency and profitability. The position also plays a key role in month-end and year-end closing processes, including review of accruals, financial reporting, and preparation of audited financial statements.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business strategy and operational planning. Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modelling. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project performance, investment decisions, and business scenarios. Analyse financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making. Monitor project financial performance, cost control, and profitability for large-scale construction projects. Review monthly accruals and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Support preparation of audited financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies. Collaborate with project, operations, procurement, and commercial teams to collect financial data and ensure accuracy of reporting. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Identify cost optimization opportunities and support revenue improvement initiatives. Ensure financial controls, policies, and procedures are followed across projects and departments. Provide guidance and support to junior analysts when required.<br>Must Skills Must have experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or EPC project-based industry. Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience handling project-based financial reporting and cost control. Strong understanding of month-end and year-end closing processes. Ability to analyse large financial datasets and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. فني تكييف وتبريد أول – قطاع النفط والغاز المسمى الوظيفي: فني تكييف وتبريد أول التوظيف: دوام كامل الانضمام: يفضل من لديهم القدرة على الانضمام الفوري ملخص الوظيفة: نحن نبحث عن فني تكييف وتبريد أول ذي خبرة قوية في صيانة أنظمة التكييف، مع اشتراط وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع النفط والغاز. سيكون الدور مسؤولاً عن صيانة وإصلاح واستكشاف أعطال أنظمة ومعدات التكييف وضمان تشغيلها بشكل موثوق. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وأعمال الصيانة عند التوقفات والانهيارات لأنظمة ومعدات التكييف. تشخيص أعطال التكييف وإجراء استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بكفاءة. صيانة وخدمة المعدات مثل المبردات (Chillers)، ووحدات مناولة الهواء (AHUs)، ووحدات الملف والمروحة (FCUs)، والوحدات المجمعة، وأنظمة التكييف المنفصلة، وأنظمة التهوية/العادم، والمضخات، والضواغط، وأجهزة التحكم المرتبطة بها. إجراء عمليات التفتيش الروتينية وتحديد أعطال المعدات المحتملة قبل وقوعها. دعم أنشطة الصيانة والتوقف المخطط لها وفقاً لجداول الموقع. ضمان تشغيل معدات التكييف بشكل آمن وفعال وضمن المعايير المطلوبة.<br>متطلبات المرشح: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة أنظمة التكييف. خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صيانة التكييف في قطاع النفط والغاز - شرط إلزامي. معرفة فنية قوية بأنظمة التكييف والمعدات والصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال. خبرة مثبتة في الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية وأعمال الصيانة عند التوقفات والانهيارات. القدرة على تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية لأنظمة التكييف.
