Get To Know Our Team: Join a small platform team building the next generation of natural-language analytics at Agoda. You will own the governed knowledge layer between our data warehouse and the applications, assistants, and analysts that consume it: metrics, domain context, quality signals, and the APIs that expose them. This is semantic modeling and knowledge engineering, not dashboard reporting or model training. The Opportunity: You will design and operate the shared knowledge layer behind conversational analytics at Agoda: turning scattered business knowledge into versioned, reviewable assets that return consistent, current answers. You pair with a senior tech lead on product architecture. Your scope is the layer itself (models, context, validation, governance workflows) and how it is exposed through service and agent interfaces. What You’ll Get Your Hands On Technical Leadership & Architecture Own the end-to-end architecture of Snoonu's conversational AI and agentic automation platform — from LLM selection and prompt strategy to cloud infrastructure and observability. Define engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices for AI system development; conduct design reviews and enforce quality bars. Mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers; review code, provide technical feedback, and accelerate the team's LLM engineering capabilities. Partner directly with the R&D Director to evaluate emerging technologies, shape the team's technical roadmap, and present recommendations with trade-off analysis. Conversational AI & Chatbot Development Lead the design and delivery of multi-channel chatbots (web, Whats App, app) using AWS Lex, Bedrock, and API Gateway integrated with Claude or other LLMs. Own complex dialogue system challenges: multi-turn reasoning, context persistence, intent disambiguation, and graceful fallback strategies. Integrate chatbots with Snoonu's backend services (order management, CRM, logistics APIs) via secure, scalable RESTful/event-driven patterns. Drive LLM evaluation cycles — benchmark model versions, prompt strategies, and RAG configurations against production quality and cost targets. Agentic AI Pipelines Architect Agentic AI systems that encode Snoonu SOPs as autonomous, multi-step workflows for customer support, order verification, and logistics operations. Select and govern the right orchestration approach (Lang Graph, Crew AI, Bedrock Agents, Step Functions) per use case — with a clear rationale on reliability, debuggability, and scalability. Design robust memory, context management, tool-use, and guardrail layers to ensure agents behave predictably in adversarial or edge-case conditions. Establish human-in-the-loop checkpoints, confidence thresholds, and escalation paths — ensuring agents augment rather than replace human judgment in critical decisions. AWS Infrastructure & MLOps Design and own the cloud backbone for AI services: Lambda, ECS/Fargate, SQS/SNS, Dynamo DB, S3, Cloud Watch, and Bedrock — with a focus on scalability, cost, and reliability. Build CI/CD pipelines for prompt versioning, model rollout, A/B testing, and automated evals before production deployment. Define and enforce monitoring standards for drift, latency, cost, and failure rates across all deployed AI systems. R&D & Innovation Lead frontier model evaluation — benchmark Claude, GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, and emerging open-weight models against Snoonu's specific use cases and constraints. Identify and prototype the next high-leverage AI capability the team should build — bring experiments from idea to validated proof-of-concept with clear go/no-go criteria. We are seeking two talented Full Stack Developers to join our growing technology team. You will work on building and scaling applications across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions. We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to enterprise and public-sector digital, data, cloud and AI platform engagements. The role focuses on building production-grade data products, AI-ready data pipelines and software services that ingest, transform, govern and serve both structured and unstructured data. You will apply strong software-engineering practices across data and AI delivery, including modular development, APIs, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, security and responsible use of AI-assisted coding tools. Job Description To support effective operation, coordination, control, and continual improvement of Change Enablement and Release Management across in-scope services. The role helps ensure that changes and releases are properly recorded, assessed, authorized, scheduled, communicated, deployed, validated, supported, and closed in accordance with approved procedures. Working under the guidance of the Practice Manager or Senior Consultant, the role contributes to service stability, business continuity, release quality, auditability, and timely delivery across traditional, cloud, Agile, Dev Ops, and CI/CD environments. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day administration and consistent execution of Change Enablement, Release Management, and related Deployment Management procedures, templates, workflows, and controls. Review Requests for Change (RFCs) and release records for completeness, correct categorization and priority, business and technical justification, risk and impact information, affected services or configuration items, dependencies, implementation plans, testing evidence, rollback plans, and required approvals. Coordinate standard, normal, emergency, and major changes in accordance with approved change models and escalation paths, and promptly escalate incomplete, high-risk, conflicting, or unauthorized requests. Prepare Change Advisory Board, Emergency Change Advisory Board, release-readiness, and go/no-go meeting packs; schedule meetings, record decisions and conditions, issue minutes, and track actions to closure. Maintain the forward schedule of change and the integrated release calendar, checking deployment windows, maintenance periods, freeze or blackout dates, business events, resource constraints, dependencies, and schedule conflicts. Support release planning and coordination across build, packaging, testing, user acceptance, training, pre-production, production deployment, validation, early-life support, handover, and closure. Collect and validate readiness evidence, including approved scope, test results, defect status, security and compliance clearances, configuration baselines, operational acceptance, support readiness, communications, monitoring, deployment checklists, and recovery arrangements. Confirm that implementation, deployment, validation, rollback or back-out, contingency, communication, and recovery plans are documented, approved, and communicated before implementation. Monitor approved changes and releases during implementation, maintain status and decision records, coordinate involved teams, and escalate delays, failures, deviations, or emerging service risks. Support timely stakeholder communications before, during, and after changes and releases, covering expected impact, outages, progress, delays, success, rollback, restoration, and closure. Ensure change and release records, approvals, evidence, deployment logs, configuration updates, knowledge articles, operational documents, and closure information are accurate, traceable, current, and retained in the authorized toolset. Assist with post-implementation reviews and release retrospectives for failed, emergency, repeated, high-impact, or high-risk changes; document lessons learned and track corrective and preventive actions. Produce regular operational reports and dashboards covering change success, failed and emergency changes, schedule adherence, approval cycle time, release frequency, rollback, post-release incidents, outstanding actions, and data-quality exceptions. Coordinate supplier and third-party changes and releases, confirming alignment with contractual controls, maintenance windows, evidence requirements, service levels, and customer communications. Support Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD, cloud, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment activities while ensuring required approvals, traceability, security, segregation of duties, and operational-readiness controls are followed. Maintain practice documents, work instructions, change models, standard-change records, calendars, checklists, communication templates, and knowledge content under document-control requirements. Assist with record-quality reviews, process compliance checks, audit evidence preparation, and follow-up of identified gaps or corrective actions. Identify recurring delays, control gaps, data-quality issues, avoidable manual work, and automation opportunities, and contribute to practical continual-improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required Education, Knowledge, and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, SW engineering, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline. ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required; advanced ITIL 4 knowledge or relevant practice qualifications in Change Enablement, Release Management, Deployment Management, Service Configuration Management, Create, Deliver and Support, High-Velocity IT, or Direct, Plan and Improve are strongly preferred. Professional certification or formal training in Dev Ops, SAFe, Agile, Azure Dev Ops, cloud platforms, Site Reliability Engineering, SIAM, COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000, Lean Six Sigma, project management, risk management, information security, or business continuity is advantageous. Strong knowledge of IT service-management principles, service value systems, value streams, service transition, software and infrastructure delivery lifecycles, operational readiness, service reliability, customer experience, risk management, and continual improvement. Good understanding of governance, internal control, segregation-of-duties, information security, privacy, regulatory notification, audit evidence, contractual obligations, service levels, and supplier-governance requirements. Knowledge of modern delivery patterns including cloud, containers, microservices, infrastructure-as-code, continuous integration, continuous delivery, progressive delivery, automated testing, and deployment orchestration. Knowledge of service-level agreements, operational-level agreements, underpinning contracts, experience-level agreement, release policies, maintenance windows, business calendars, and customer-specific change controls. Required Hard Skills Working knowledge of Change Enablement, Release Management, and Deployment Management lifecycles, roles, controls, approvals, escalation paths, and record requirements. Ability to review RFCs and release records, identify missing information, assess basic risk and impact, verify dependencies, and follow approved authorization and scheduling procedures. Practical capability in CAB administration, forward-schedule maintenance, release-calendar coordination, meeting documentation, decision tracking, and action’s follow-up. Ability to coordinate release readiness, deployment checklists, testing evidence, operational acceptance, communication, rollback, early-life support, handover, and closure activities. Working knowledge of enterprise ITSM platforms and delivery tools such as Service Now, BMC, Micro Focus, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Git, Jenkins, Git Lab, Git Hub Actions, or equivalent solutions. Basic understanding of application, infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity, database, middleware, web, mobile, container, and microservice delivery environments. Understanding configuration-management and CMDB concepts, service and configuration-item relationships, versioning, building artifacts, deployment packages, and release traceability. Ability to prepare operational reports, dashboards, data-quality checks, trend summaries, management presentations, and auditable supporting evidence. Strong documentation skills covering procedures, change and release records, minutes, calendars, checklists, communications, work instructions, knowledge articles, and action logs. Experience using enterprise ITSM, work-management, source-control, or CI/CD platforms to maintain records, approvals, schedules, evidence, dashboards, or deployment status. Experience working with cross-functional application, infrastructure, cloud, operations, security, testing, project, customer, and supplier teams. Exposure to Agile, Dev Ops, cloud, automated deployment, or high-velocity environments where delivery speed must be balanced with service protection and control. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer with at least 6 years of professional experience building and shipping production software end-to-end. You will own features across the entire stack from mobile and web front ends, through APIs and server-side logic, to cloud infrastructure and third-party integrations. You will work on real, high-traffic systems that power a consumer mobile app and its companion admin/web portal, including event-driven media pipelines, analytics tracking, and cloud-native services. This is a broad, ownership-driven role. We are not looking for a specialist in a single language or framework. We need someone who can move fluidly between frontend, backend, mobile, and infrastructure, and who can pick up new languages, frameworks, and platforms as the product requires. Desired Candidate ProfileWHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain full-stack features spanning web frontends, mobile apps, backend services, and APIs.</li><li>Develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and integrate third-party and internal services (payments, notifications, storage, CDN, auth, analytics, etc.).</li><li>Build and maintain serverless and server-based backend logic, including event-driven processing pipelines and background jobs.</li><li>Work across cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuring, and troubleshooting compute, storage, databases, and content delivery.</li><li>Implement and maintain authentication, authorization, and secure data handling across services.</li><li>Build and support mobile app features and, where needed, native modules for iOS and Android.</li><li>Design and evolve database schemas (SQL and NoSQL) and data models that scale with product growth.</li><li>Instrument applications for monitoring, logging, and analytics; troubleshoot production issues using cloud logging and metrics tools.</li><li>Collaborate with product, design, and QA to translate requirements into reliable, well-tested, maintainable code.</li><li>Review code, mentor junior developers, and help set technical standards and best practices.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and languages where they best serve the product, not limited to any single stack.</li></ul> WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<ul><li>6+ years of professional full stack development experience, with demonstrable production applications.</li><li>Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and comfort learning and working in other languages as needed (e.g. Python, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Go, PHP, C#).</li><li>Proven experience across the full stack: frontend UI development, backend/server-side logic, API design, and third-party integrations.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Node.js and at least one other backend runtime or framework (not limited to Node.js alone).</li><li>Experience building for both web and mobile, including cross-platform frameworks (e.g. React Native, Flutter) and, ideally, native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.</li><li>Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query performance.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), compute, storage, serverless functions, CDN, and managed databases.</li><li>Practical knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git), and collaborative development workflows.</li><li>Understanding of application security, authentication/authorization patterns, and data protection best practices.</li><li>Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the stack, comfortable diagnosing issues from the UI down to infrastructure logs.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and take ownership of features end to end.</li></ul> TECHNOLOGIES YOU MAY WORK WITHThe list below reflects the breadth of our current technology landscape.
