<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span><span><b>Rotating Technician – Responsibilities</b></span><br></span><ul><li>Perform <b>installation, alignment, and commissioning</b> of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors.<br></li><li>Conduct <b>preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance</b> of all rotating machinery.<br></li><li>Troubleshoot <b>mechanical faults</b> in rotating systems, including bearings, shafts, couplings, and seals.<br></li><li>Perform <b>vibration analysis, shaft alignment, and balancing</b> to ensure equipment efficiency.<br></li><li>Overhaul and rebuild <b>pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and motors</b> as required.<br></li><li>Maintain <b>maintenance records, checklists, and reports</b> of all rotating machinery activities.<br></li><li>Follow <b>HSE guidelines</b>, permit-to-work procedures, and safety protocols while working on equipment.<br></li><li>Assist operations and project teams during <b>shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency repairs</b>.<br></li><li>Ensure <b>spare parts and lubrication</b> are managed correctly for optimal machine performance.<br></li></ul><br><span>Requirements<span><b>Rotating Technician – Requirements</b></span><br></span><ul><li><b>Education:</b> Diploma / ITI / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.<br></li><li><b>Experience:</b> Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in rotating equipment maintenance in oil &amp; gas, power, or industrial plants.<br></li><li>Knowledge of <b>rotating machinery components</b>: pumps, turbines, compressors, motors, gearboxes, fans, and blowers.<br></li><li>Ability to read and interpret <b>mechanical drawings, P&amp;IDs, and alignment diagrams</b>.<br></li><li>Skilled in <b>precision measurement, alignment, and vibration analysis</b>.<br></li><li>Familiarity with <b>industrial maintenance tools and equipment</b>, including laser alignment tools and condition monitoring devices.<br></li><li>Strong understanding of <b>HSE practices</b> and site safety regulations.<br></li><li>Physically fit and able to work in <b>offshore, plant, or high-risk industrial environments</b>.<br></li><li>Good <b>communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills</b>.<br></li></ul>INTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN SEND CV TO 31313903/ bency@madre-me.com<br><br> </div>
