The main role of the Senior Technical Officer is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, to help and support his team by giving direction to the Technical Officers and Technicians, and to support the improvement efforts in the department to increase the performance. Job Summary The Inspector QA/QC is responsible for carrying out inspection and quality verification activities during material receipt, fabrication, assembly, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and customer requirements. This role plays a vital part in maintaining quality consistency, ensuring traceability, and supporting the organization s commitment to delivering high-quality products and services. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabrication, welding, assembly, and mechanical works in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and specifications. Inspect incoming materials, components, and consumables to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements. Verify material test certificates (MTCs) and maintain traceability. Support pressure tests, NDT activities, and dimensional inspections. Ensure all measuring and testing equipment are properly calibrated and used as per defined standards. Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Maintain accurate and detailed QA/QC records for traceability and audit purposes. We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially focused Commercial & Contract Manager to lead the commercial management of construction projects from tender stage through project completion. This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing all commercial, contractual, cost control, and quantity surveying activities across the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing profitability, managing commercial risks, protecting contractual entitlements, and supporting the company's continued growth and competitiveness in the market. The Commercial & Contract Manager will act as the organization's primary commercial authority, working closely with senior management, project teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful commercial outcomes on all projects. Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership Lead and manage the organization's commercial function. Provide strategic advice on pricing, contractual matters, commercial risks, and profitability. Develop and implement commercial policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks. Support business growth by identifying opportunities to enhance commercial performance and project returns. Ensure commercial best practices are consistently applied across all projects. Tendering & Estimation Lead the complete tendering and bidding process from opportunity assessment to submission. Cost Control & Performance Management Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and financial performance. Analyze cost variances and implement corrective actions where necessary.
