The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction activities, ensuring that all works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and applicable local regulations.</p><p>The role requires strong site-management skills and experience in foundations, concrete works, structural works, flooring, drainage, external works, and coordination with MEP and other project teams.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, material submittals, and approved construction documents.</li><li>Plan, supervise, and coordinate civil works for warehouses, industrial buildings, storage facilities, and related infrastructure.</li><li>Manage site activities including excavation, earthworks, soil preparation, backfilling, compaction, foundations, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and installation of structural steel, precast elements, mezzanine floors, cladding supports, and other warehouse-related structures.</li><li>Ensure that construction activities are carried out in
