This is what drives up the challenge as part of the Data department, but also the reward.<br><br>The Opportunity:<br><br>As a Senior/Staff Data Engineer in CEG (Customer Experience Group), you will help design, build, and maintain the data and software foundations that power how CEG Business users serves customers and agents across all contact channels. You will work closely with Product, Operations, Analytics, Operations Efficiency, WFM, Dev Ops and engineering teams to deliver reliable data pipelines, scalable models, internal tools, and clear insights that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.<br><br>You are comfortable switching between engineering work (pipelines, data models, internal services, tooling, optimization) and analytics work (business questions, dashboards, deep‑dive analysis). You can talk to both engineers and business stakeholders in simple, clear language. At the Staff level, you will also shape CEG’s data and tooling strategy, influence cross‑team architecture, and raise the overall engineering and data bar for the team.<br><br>What You’ll Do:<br><br>Data Engineering<br><br>Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data from CEG systems (case management, telephony, chat, bots, QA tools, WFM, CRM) and third‑party tools and logs. Develop and optimize data models (e.g., warehouse tables, marts, views) that power CEG reporting, monitoring, forecasting, QA, and experimentation. Ensure data quality, reliability, and observability:Implement validation checks, anomaly detection, and monitoring for key CEG datasets and metrics. Work with stakeholders to define and enforce data definitions, SLAs, and ownership for critical tables and metrics. Improve performance and cost efficiency of data jobs and queries (e.g., partitioning, indexing, query tuning, storage format optimization) for high‑volume CEG data (calls, chats, emails, cases, events). Collaborate with data platform and engineering teams to standardize tooling and best practices (e.g., version control, CI/CD for data and services, code review, documentation, runbooks).<br><br>Data Tools & Product Development<br><br>Design and build data tools and internal products for CEG (e.g., self‑service analytics, case monitoring dashboards, alerting systems, investigator tools, QA/review tools, agent performance views). Use languages such as Python, Java, Golang, or Java Script/Type Script to implement APIs, data services, and lightweight UIs that expose data in a usable way to agents, managers, and operations teams. Work closely with CEG product managers and operations to translate operational pain points into concrete data tools, from problem framing to delivery and iteration. Apply solid software engineering practices—testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability—to data products so they are reliable, maintainable, and easy to extend. At Staff level, define and drive the roadmap for key CEG data tools and platforms, ensuring reuse across regions, lines of business, and channels.<br><br>Data Analytics & Business Impact<br><br>Partner with CEG product and business teams to translate questions into data problems and design clear analytic approaches. Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., contact volumes, handling time, quality, customer outcomes, agent performance, spot alerts) that provide reliable metrics and self‑service access to data. Perform deep‑dive analysis to understand trends in contact patterns, customer issues, agent performance, and operational efficiency; identify root causes and propose practical, data‑driven recommendations. Define and maintain metrics and KPIs (e.g., CSAT, NPS, SLA, AHT, FCR, quality scores), ensuring consistent definitions across CEG teams and tools. Communicate findings in simple, business‑friendly language, including clear implications and recommended next steps.<br><br>Stakeholder & Team Collaboration <br><br>Act as a trusted data partner for CEG stakeholders (operations leaders, product managers, WFM, QA, training, policy, and regional leadership). Work with other data engineers, analysts, and scientists to align on data standards, reusable components, and shared datasets for CEG. Mentor junior and mid‑level team members on data engineering, analytics, and software engineering best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows (code reviews, testing, documentation, runbooks, knowledge sharing, incident reviews). At Staff level, influence cross‑team architecture and ways of working, making sure CEG’s data ecosystem scales with business growth.<br>Required Qualifications:<br><br>8+ years working as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Analyst in a data‑driven environment (Staff level typically 10+ or equivalent scope/impact). Strong SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, aggregation, query optimization). Experience with at least one major data warehouse / big data technology (e.g., Big Query, Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, Spark, Vertica, Star Rocks, or similar). Solid experience with ETL/ELT tools or orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt, internal frameworks). Proficiency in at least one programming language for data and services (e.g., Python, Java, Golang, Kotlin, or Java Script/Type Script). Experience building production‑grade data pipelines and/or data services with attention to quality, monitoring, and maintainability. Experience with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset, Metabase, Looker). This is what drives up the challenge as part of the Data department, but also the reward.<br><br>The Opportunity:<br><br>As a Senior/Staff Data Engineer in CEG (Customer Experience Group), you will help design, build, and maintain the data and software foundations that power how CEG Business users serves customers and agents across all contact channels. You will work closely with Product, Operations, Analytics, Operations Efficiency, WFM, Dev Ops and engineering teams to deliver reliable data pipelines, scalable models, internal tools, and clear insights that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.<br><br>You are comfortable switching between engineering work (pipelines, data models, internal services, tooling, optimization) and analytics work (business questions, dashboards, deep‑dive analysis). You can talk to both engineers and business stakeholders in simple, clear language. At the Staff level, you will also shape CEG’s data and tooling strategy, influence cross‑team architecture, and raise the overall engineering and data bar for the team.<br><br>What You’ll Do:<br><br>Data Engineering<br><br>Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data from CEG systems (case management, telephony, chat, bots, QA tools, WFM, CRM) and third‑party tools and logs. Develop and optimize data models (e.g., warehouse tables, marts, views) that power CEG reporting, monitoring, forecasting, QA, and experimentation. Ensure data quality, reliability, and observability:Implement validation checks, anomaly detection, and monitoring for key CEG datasets and metrics. Work with stakeholders to define and enforce data definitions, SLAs, and ownership for critical tables and metrics. Improve performance and cost efficiency of data jobs and queries (e.g., partitioning, indexing, query tuning, storage format optimization) for high‑volume CEG data (calls, chats, emails, cases, events). Collaborate with data platform and engineering teams to standardize tooling and best practices (e.g., version control, CI/CD for data and services, code review, documentation, runbooks).<br><br>Data Tools & Product Development<br><br>Design and build data tools and internal products for CEG (e.g., self‑service analytics, case monitoring dashboards, alerting systems, investigator tools, QA/review tools, agent performance views). Use languages such as Python, Java, Golang, or Java Script/Type Script to implement APIs, data services, and lightweight UIs that expose data in a usable way to agents, managers, and operations teams. Work closely with CEG product managers and operations to translate operational pain points into concrete data tools, from problem framing to delivery and iteration. Apply solid software engineering practices—testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability—to data products so they are reliable, maintainable, and easy to extend. At Staff level, define and drive the roadmap for key CEG data tools and platforms, ensuring reuse across regions, lines of business, and channels.<br><br>Data Analytics & Business Impact<br><br>Partner with CEG product and business teams to translate questions into data problems and design clear analytic approaches. Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., contact volumes, handling time, quality, customer outcomes, agent performance, spot alerts) that provide reliable metrics and self‑service access to data. Perform deep‑dive analysis to understand trends in contact patterns, customer issues, agent performance, and operational efficiency; identify root causes and propose practical, data‑driven recommendations. Define and maintain metrics and KPIs (e.g., CSAT, NPS, SLA, AHT, FCR, quality scores), ensuring consistent definitions across CEG teams and tools. Communicate findings in simple, business‑friendly language, including clear implications and recommended next steps.<br><br>Stakeholder & Team Collaboration <br><br>Act as a trusted data partner for CEG stakeholders (operations leaders, product managers, WFM, QA, training, policy, and regional leadership). Work with other data engineers, analysts, and scientists to align on data standards, reusable components, and shared datasets for CEG. Mentor junior and mid‑level team members on data engineering, analytics, and software engineering best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows (code reviews, testing, documentation, runbooks, knowledge sharing, incident reviews). At Staff level, influence cross‑team architecture and ways of working, making sure CEG’s data ecosystem scales with business growth.<br>Required Qualifications:<br><br>8+ years working as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Analyst in a data‑driven environment (Staff level typically 10+ or equivalent scope/impact). Strong SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, aggregation, query optimization). Experience with at least one major data warehouse / big data technology (e.g., Big Query, Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, Spark, Vertica, Star Rocks, or similar). Solid experience with ETL/ELT tools or orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt, internal frameworks). Proficiency in at least one programming language for data and services (e.g., Python, Java, Golang, Kotlin, or Java Script/Type Script). About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer – Hydrocarbon Accounting (HCA) & Metering to support hydrocarbon accounting, production allocation, measurement validation, and reporting activities within a complex industrial environment. The successful candidate will contribute to production data integrity, hydrocarbon reconciliation, metering performance, digitalization initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes supporting operational and business objectives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Management, Industrial Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience. At least 7 years of experience within the Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Energy, Utilities, or Process Industry sectors. Basic understanding of production operations, hydrocarbon accounting, metering, and production information systems. Familiarity with digital technologies, industrial data systems, and operational reporting environments. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary technical and operational teams. Key Competencies Understanding of hydrocarbon measurement principles and metering systems. Knowledge of mass balance methodologies, production allocation, and hydrocarbon accounting concepts. Experience with Hydrocarbon Accounting platforms such as Energy Components, SAP IS-Oil, or similar systems is advantageous. Strong analytical skills for production data validation, reconciliation, and discrepancy investigation. Familiarity with compliance, governance, and audit requirements related to production reporting. Understanding of industrial operations and production data management. Ability to work effectively with Operations, Production, Metering, Planning, and Digital teams. Interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven process improvement. Key Responsibilities Support daily hydrocarbon accounting, allocation, and metering activities to ensure accurate production reporting. Validate, analyse, and reconcile production, consumption, inventory, and transfer data from various operational systems. Support daily, monthly, and annual hydrocarbon allocation and production reporting processes. Assist in investigating and resolving measurement, reconciliation, and allocation discrepancies. Maintain and update allocation methodologies, hydrocarbon accounting databases, and reporting models. Support administration and maintenance of hydrocarbon accounting applications and associated production data systems. Participate in reviews of hydrocarbon accounting processes, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives. Support internal, external, partner, and regulatory audits, including the closure of identified findings. Provide reliable production and historical data to support planning, forecasting, and business reporting activities. Participate in digitalization, automation, and reporting optimization projects. Prepare technical documentation, procedures, reports, and operating guidelines related to hydrocarbon accounting. Coordinate with Metering, Operations, Production Planning, Digital, and Commercial teams to ensure data consistency and operational alignment. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting accuracy, system reliability, and operational efficiency. Additional Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and reporting accuracy. Experience working within multidisciplinary operational and technical environments. Contributes to the understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful. Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence. Identifies software necessary to enable Civil Structural group to function effectively. Completed structural analysis and design of on-shore oil and gas processing facilities:Concrete and Structural steel piperacks, storage tanks foundation, Vertical vessels foundations, Horizontal vessels and Heat exchangers foundation and Pipe supports etc. Infrastructures (Electrical Substations, Potable and Foul water pumping stations and water tanks) Buildings (Utility and Non-utility buildings) Ensures recognised onshore & offshore engineering practices applicable to Civil Structural design engineering are adopted within the discipline. Review designs, sketches and reports with supporting calculations for projects, and supply drafting staff with information to assist in the production of detailed drawings, the development of quantities, materials lists and cost estimates as required. Collaborates with project team in review of project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules. Leads weekly Civil Structural meetings, reviews progress reports and required checking procedures. Initiate, manage and supervise engineering assignments on projects that meet project requirements on time and within budget. Organise and manage all aspects of the workload of a team of Civil Structural discipline engineers and designers, within the parameters of a project schedule. Understands and applies the Project Execution Plan (PEP) requirements - make-up and application (including the Engineering Plan). Reviews data from multiple sources and prepares engineering studies, analyses, calculations, and recommend actions. Crafts recommendations and reviews final documentation prior to customer approval. Determines technical issues, defines alternate solutions, establishes pros/cons for multiple solutions, and makes recommendations through official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc. Establish a list of discipline deliverables. Controls, monitors and progresses these deliverables to an agreed schedule. Reviews final documentation incorporating all relevant information and pursues customer approval. Review similar documentation to assist others and reviews/authorizes work done by direct reports. Lead the production of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports.<br>Quality Assurance<br><br>Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems. Work with project managers/project engineers to ensure all projects are set up and executed in full compliance with all the requirements of the Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) and General Management System (EMS) using consistent approaches, Work Breakdown Structures, work methodologies and reporting systems. Monitors the closure of all identified risks and opportunities.<br><br>Safety<br><br>Responsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures. Promoting health, safety and environmental awareness.<br><br>Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training<br><br>Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university. MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage.<br><br>Industry Specific Experience<br><br>Extensive work experience at a senior level within the Oil & Gas industry . Job description:<br><br>JOB PURPOSE:To perform a wide range of duties relating to the mechanical installation, repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment and fixtures to ensure their efficient operation at minimum downtime complying with EHS Guidelines with a focus on continuous improvement. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Tackles all mechanical equipment breakdowns and planned/preventive/predictive maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision within the given time constraint minimizing production downtime. Technically assesses the requirement of allocated jobs and selects the necessary tools and equipment to complete the work. Ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the safety procedures and plant operational requirements. Using the computerized maintenance system (SAP), orders the spare parts from warehouse and maintains records of all maintenance work completed. Monitors any repeated breakdown and recommends/completes proper modification to resolve the problem. Identifies and reports any abnormalities. Initiates repairs/replacements/tests/ assembles worn out or failed components/parts. Reports to supervisor and takes necessary action to overhaul/replace parts, leaving the working area clean. Performs various works related to welding and fabrication. Mentors newly joined mechanics in order to equip them with the plant & equipment knowledge necessary to carry out maintenance work. Continuously works towards improving EHS and Plant & Equipment Performance by participating in all BE activities like Suggestion Scheme, 5S, Hazard Reporting, TAMAHAL/PEER, etc. Assists other departments in the repair and troubleshooting of equipment. Inputs data into maintenance management systems for works and manning records. Fulfil day / shift duties with a team of Technicians / Craftsmen / Contractors as assigned by Supervisor. Performs all the PM’S, running inspections & checklists on daily basis issued as per maintenance planning requirements. Perform other related duties as communicated by supervisor/technician. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Minimum Qualifications:Diploma in relevant field Completion of PEC Craft Training Minimum Experience:3 Years’ of relevant experience in a heavy industry after Diploma No experience required after completion of PEC Training Skills:Good working knowledge of written and spoken English Must be familiar with all maintenance tools with good computer skills Exposure to installation & troubleshooting Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings/manuals/instructions

The QAQC Engineer is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems across all carpentry, joinery, and fit-out manufacturing activities. The role ensures that all products, materials, and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications, client requirements, applicable standards, and company quality procedures.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 or company standards. Prepare and update Quality Plans, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for joinery and fit-out works. Ensure QA procedures cover all stages of manufacturing, including material procurement, fabrication, finishing, packing, and delivery. Coordinate internal audits and assist during external audits by clients, consultants, or certification bodies. Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements to identify quality requirements and risks. Establish quality objectives and monitor performance through KPIs and quality reports. Promote a quality-driven culture across production and project teams. Quality Control (QC) Responsibilities Conduct incoming material inspections for timber, boards, veneers, laminates, hardware, finishes, adhesives, and accessories. Verify compliance of materials with approved submittals, samples, and technical data sheets. Perform in-process inspections during cutting, machining, assembly, veneering, laminating, finishing, polishing, and pre-installation mock-ups. Inspect final products to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, samples, tolerances, and finish quality. Monitor workmanship quality for factory-made and site-installed joinery and fit-out items. Ensure proper calibration and use of measuring and inspection tools. Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) where required. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness. Project & Site Coordination Liaise with Project Managers, Production Managers, Factory Supervisors, and Site Engineers on quality matters. Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors. Support factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site inspections prior to delivery or installation. Ensure quality compliance during site installation, rectification works, and snag clearance. Assist in preparation of handover documents, warranties, and quality dossiers when required. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, approvals, NCRs, and corrective actions. Prepare Inspection Requests (IRs) and ensure timely approvals. Compile quality reports, dashboards, and monthly summaries for management review. Control quality-related documents and ensure only approved revisions are in use. Maintain records for traceability of materials and workmanship. Compliance & Standards Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, BS, EN, local authority requirements). Ensure products meet fire rating, environmental, sustainability, and safety requirements where applicable. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements related to materials and finishes (e.g., VOC, fire-retardant treatments). Continuous Improvement Analyze recurring defects and quality issues to identify root causes. Propose improvements to manufacturing processes, materials, and inspection methods. Support training of production and site teams on quality requirements, workmanship standards, and best practices. Participate in lessons-learned sessions after project completion.<br><br>Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Education<br><br>Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Wood Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 7–10 years of experience in QAQC within carpentry, joinery, or fit-out manufacturing. Proven experience in factory and site quality control for bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects.<br><br>Skills & Competencies<br><br>Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery materials, finishes, and fabrication processes. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, details, specifications, and BOQs. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality auditing principles. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent documentation and report-writing skills. Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
