<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>مهندس ميدان WL مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سلامة وكفاءة وموثوقية PSD للعملاء. يحدد مهندس الميدان WL فرص تحسين تقديم الخدمة، وينفذ العمل القياسي، ويدير المخاطر أثناء تقديم الخدمة. التأكد من أن نتائج العمل دقيقة وتسلَّم في الوقت المحدد. تنفيذ تقديم الخدمة للعميل. المشاركة في تحليل مخاطر العمل وبرامج التحسين المستمر. يساعد المهندس التصميم/الTechnical في تنفيذ البرامج الفنية والعطاءات. تطوير جهات اتصال مع العملاء للترويج لمنتجات وخدمات الشركة. ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة والتنظيم من خلال تنفيذ أداة تقييم الامتثال (CAT)، والتقييمات الذاتية، وتفتيش مواقع الآبار. قيادة اجتماعات جودة الخدمة مع العملاء وتحسين الأداء باستخدام خطط العمل. المشاركة في مبادرات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة. ارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية والالتزام بسياسات HSE. الحفاظ على التدريب اللازم في مجال السلامة. توفير دعم لقيادة توصيل العمل ومديري PSD في غيابهم.
