Design and implement scalable solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management workflows, automation rules, and integrations. Job Description<br><br>Strong knowledge of software testing principles and techniques, verification and validation techniques, test automation, and defect management. Develop and execute software test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Integration, Migration, Regression, and/or Performance testing specifically for Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including Power BI dashboards. Validate data transformations, data models, and data accuracy across Power BI reports and dashboards. Ensure Power BI dashboards meet business requirements, including the correctness of filters, drill-through functionalities, KPIs, and calculated measures. Collaborate with data engineering teams to validate data pipelines and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within Power BI reports. Identify system and software problems and their causes, record defect backlog items, report testing results, and collaborate with teams to resolve defects. Drive and lead the prioritization of testing activities across teams as needed. Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule test cycles. Develop effective QC coverage for multiple mobile, browser-based, and BI projects. Work collaboratively with business and development teams to review design specifications and acceptance criteria. Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within Agile environments, including meetings, iterative development, and analysis. Collect, track, and report test metrics while providing leadership with regular status updates. Create, design, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents in collaboration with business stakeholders. Participate in end-user training workshops and provide post-implementation functional support. Job Summary<br><br>The role holder will be supporting the Head of Electrical in managing engineering activities related to the design, development, coordination, implementation, execution, and control of projects, ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategy, commitments, and goals.<br><br>The role holder focuses on providing technical guidance, problem-solving, decision-making, and analysis of the engineering department portfolio using innovative and analytical techniques. The main responsibilities are related to the Electrical Plants/ Field areas.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Oversee design of electrical systems including substations, switchgear, transformers, and emergency power systems. Review single-line diagrams, load lists, cable schedules, and protection coordination studies. Ensure compliance with IEC standards and EPCC Contract requirements. Assist the Head of Engineering in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure alignment with Project objectives, EPCC Contract requirements, and Project procedures. Track and report progress of engineering deliverables, highlighting deviations and supporting recovery actions. Review, verify and comment on technical documentation submitted by EPCC Contractor, including datasheets, drawings, specifications, and vendor documents. Participate in kick-off meetings with subcontractors to align on technical scope, quality expectations, and schedule. Follow up on fabrication progress and support resolution of NCRs or fabrication defects reported by subcontractors. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure proper installation of equipment and systems in accordance with engineering deliverables. Monitor engineering deliverables against the commissioning-driven project schedule and report deviations. Coordinate with EPCC Contractor and internal teams to ensure timely completion of engineering inputs required for commissioning. Coordinate engineering interfaces between internal departments (Operations, Maintenance, Projects, Procurement) and EPCC Contractor. Support the Interface Team in technical review of spare parts, tie-in readiness, and resolution of interface-related issues. Participate in multidisciplinary reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, QRA, and 3D model reviews, and ensure closure of action items. Support identification and tracking of engineering-related risks and contribute to the Project Risk Register. Maintain records of technical reviews, NCR resolutions, inspection outcomes, and interface coordination. A minimum of 5 Years of direct and relevant experience within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry, or EPC company. Having strong skills in Project Management, Leadership and team management. Preferably having experience in Ammonia & Urea Major Projects.

Apply today.</p><p>Manage the health, safety and environmental arrangements for the project against the WSP HSEQ / client HSEQ Management System requirements, to ensure the protection of our people. Manage HSE Inspectors to ensure they are monitoring the implementation of health and safety arrangements at project site level, in accordance with legal and client requirements. Develop and deliver health, safety and environmental training to WSP employees including but not limited to; induction, safe working practices. Review and approve contractor s health, safety and environmental plans, risk assessments and method statements against legal and client requirements prior to the work being carried out. Plan daily morning site visits across project sites to ensure health and safety measures are in place before works begins. Carry out weekly joint HSE inspections with HSE Inspectors and contractor personnel and ensure all the corrective/preventive actions are closed out. Organise HSE meetings with clients, WSP project staff, and contractors. Initiate and test emergency response plans and ensure the drills are carried out as per the project schedule and performance standards. Ensure HSE Inspectors follow up on contractor s incident investigation reports are completed and corrective actions are identified and closed out to prevent a recurrence and provide necessary technical guidance for accident protection. Conduct regular site safely reviews.
