Review Production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced daily. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists. Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance. Keep Chef informed of excess food items for planning of daily specials. Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods. Check and ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, and report issues to management. Analyze and interpret complex operational data sets using statistical techniques and provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insight. Build demand forecasts and support capacity planning so courier supply is matched to order volume across zones and time windows, including peak periods. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Job Summary<br><br>The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the commercial activities of the Cable Vision Division to achieve approved targets for revenue growth, order intake, gross margin, collections, customer acquisition and retention. The position develops and manages the sales pipeline, identifies tenders and new market opportunities, manages key accounts, oversees commercial proposals, and strengthens relationships with consultants, clients, principals, suppliers and technology partners. Maintain records of approvals, registrations, prequalification and renewal dates.<br><br>Maintenance and Recurring Revenue<br><br>Develop annual maintenance contracts, service agreements, upgrades and other recurring-revenue opportunities. Work with technical and service teams to identify systems requiring maintenance, renewal, replacement or upgrading. Maintain an updated register of maintenance contracts and ensure timely follow-up on renewals.
