<p>We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our Cluster Sales team at Four Seasons Hotels Qatar, representing Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl Qatar. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales and plays a key role in driving revenue performance across both properties.</p>
<h4>Responsibilities:</h4>

<li>Administer the sales program of the hotel.</li>
<li>Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Commercial plan.</li>
<li>Actively participate in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the hotel's budgets.</li>
<li>Solicit from assigned local corporate, long stays, group, and leisure segments for rooms, food & beverage business, banquet business and all hotel business from sales activities.</li>
<li>Write strategic sales action plans for assigned local corporate, long stays, group, and leisure segments.</li>
<li>Closely monitor accounts revenue and business productions.</li>
<li>Maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible.</li>
<li>Attend related work functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promote sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.</li>
<li>Plan sales trips, under the direct approval of Director of Sales or Commercial Director to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. The Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales on potential markets which need coverage.</li>

<li>Conduct telemarketing and research from internet and internal resources to qualify accounts.</li>

<li>Host corporate familiarization groups, hotel tours, attend trade shows or sales trips, webinars and assist colleagues whenever deemed necessary.</li>
<li>Handle any duties as designated by the Director of Sales.</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.</li>

<li>Responsible for managing technical and contractual interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project scope, schedule, and deliverables.</li>
<li>The resource will be involved mainly in and within the RLIC port dredging works.</li>
