The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of marketing and communications strategies to fully support the objectives of the business, maximizing exposure to local and international audiences. Key Responsibilities:Support the development and delivery of the marketing strategy for QC+ business units, with a particular focus on in-house F&B operations, e-commerce, and retail activity. Develop and implement plans to ensure that the QC+ marketing strategy is successfully implemented by working closely with the QM marcomms function and key stakeholders in other QC+ and QM departments. Develop initiatives and programs to strengthen the brand value and reach of QC+ businesses (e.g., QC+ Gift Shop, IDAM by Alain Ducasse, Cass Art Qatar, etc.) and effectively drive increased revenues, working closely with the QM marcomms function to achieve positive outcomes. Develop and implement cross-channel digital marketing activity (incorporating SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.). Develop cross-platform advertising and promotional campaigns, ensuring compatibility with public relations efforts, obtaining required approvals for all advertising activity. Support the Head of Marketing & Communications with the development of marketing and communication budgets. Maximize use of targeted market information, including customer profile, behavior, and yield data, for the planning and evaluation of marketing and communications activity. Support the conduct of periodic analysis of the marketplace to evaluate market environment, audience groups and competitor offerings, recommending adaptations to QC+ communications accordingly. Develop and maintain strong relationships with QM marketing and PR focal points, museum and exhibitions department management, QM IT, and QM audience engagement functions. Conduct analysis of the results of marketing activity in order to gauge “return on investment” (where possible to evaluate a quantitative ROI) and identify learnings to improve future marketing activity. Social Media:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives. Assist in the development and maintenance of a structured calendar of marketing and communication activities. Ensure that content for social media channels is posted in a timely manner and that consumer reactions to posts/promotions are monitored. Monitor and report on social media performance metrics and use data to continually refine and improve the company’s social media strategy. Content creation:Develop content and materials in support of QC+ marketing and communication activity including, but not limited to, content for social media, media kits, content for websites related to QC+ business etc. Maximize use of targeted market information, including customer profile, behavior and yield data, for the planning and evaluation of marketing and communications activity. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately/in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency. Call Maintenance or an outside service company if machines require service. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.  Purpose <ul><li>You will provide civil engineering services to Worley, and its Customers and may provide technical support and supervision within the civil team. </li></ul>  Responsibilities <ul><li>Supports adherence to generally accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. </li><li>Deliver civil engineering services that meet Worley, its customers and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget. </li><li>Perform civil engineering services such as: <ul><li>Conduct studies, analyses and recommend actions. </li><li>Identifies opportunities to solve problems through applying engineering knowledge. </li><li>Identifies professional risks, statutory responsibilities and liabilities. </li><li>Ensures that the supporting documentation required to implement the design is accurate, concise, complete and clear. </li></ul></li><li>Prepares MTOs and BOQs. </li><li>Prepares Scope of Work and technical specification for civil construction subcontracts. </li><li>Prepares technical documentation for civil material requisition. </li><li>If required, assist and support junior personnel within the civil engineering team. </li><li>Communicate effectively with the civil engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Customer. </li><li>Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required. </li><li>Perform discipline specific engineering services such as: <ul><li>Identify and report changes to project scope; </li><li>Contribute to appropriate studies, analyses and recommend actions; </li><li>Assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports; </li><li>Provide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities. </li></ul></li><li>Knows the discipline scope/cost/time requirements, assists the team to meet expectations, and coordinates with other disciplines to ensure project success. </li><li>Coordinate review and approval of design and interfaces on client requirements and specifications. </li></ul> Education, Qualifications, Accreditation, Training <ul><li>Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.</li><li>MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Job Responsibility Supports the standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates. Contributes to the understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful. Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence. Supports the processes for checking, peer reviews, and incorporation of comments and findings. Ensure recognised onshore & offshore engineering practices applicable to process design are adopted. Prepares design specifications for process works. Supports management of project change and progressing for the discipline and works with the Project Management Team to take corrective actions regarding any issues, staffing requirements, scope changes, progressing, or other events that could affect project completion and/or profitability. Plans discipline quality, monitors quality activities, recommends improvements, and takes action where required. Provide technical support within the discipline team, liaise with the project team, and consult with relevant resources as required. Coordinate review and approval of design and interfaces on client requirements and specifications. Prepare Process scope of work (SoW) and seek agreement from supervising Senior/ Lead Process Engineer (or designated representative. <div>Responsibilities</div><div>Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project, or subtask. Acts as the Company representative with the customer and selected suppliers during the program execution. Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the customer. Assists business development in understanding customer issues and business plans in order to market and secure new/additional work.</div><div>Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the program, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria. Assigns responsibility to executing project plans for key subordinates and assesses how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.</div><div>Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates. Promotes technical excellence as well as the improvement of the Quality Improvement Process. Mobilizes Company resources, through effective liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work. Works with individual lead discipline engineer to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of a project. Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.</div><div>Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule. Works with individual lead discipline to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Advises the customer and Company management of any such changes.</div><div>Oversees establishment of Work Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and other documents for hazardous waste work. May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of customers. Job Description The Senior Surveyor I is considered an intermediate to advanced level Surveyor position. <section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Responsible for marine safety, quality assurance and compliance for Compression projects marine scope in accordance with the LNG Marine Operations Procedures and further revisions, international regulations and standards, classification society, flag state, local regulations. Consistently guide and coordinate the work of the project marine leads and coordinators assigned to the individual Compression projects. Compression projects focal point and custodian of the marine safety and quality assurance activities for all marine units engaged on the projects and manages marine assurance processes across Compression projects including vessel suitability assessments, marine assurance inspections and audits (e.g. OVID), marine warranty surveys, DP assurance. Performs other duties and assignments as required.</div></section><section>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.</li><li>Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management</li><li>AMMO62 certification preferred</li><li>CSCP or CLTD certifications preferred</li><li>Shall possess a secret clearance at minimum</li><li>The LSD shall have at least ten (10) years of multifunctional logistics experience relating to quartermaster, maintenance, transportation, Supply support activities and services provided by the installation. This requirement is not waivered.</li><li>Preferred candidates will possess at least six years of Army multifunctional logistics experience at a Supervisory level.</li><li>Experience managing government contracts highly desired.</li><li>The LSD shall be capable of providing analysis of practices and problems of all functions of the Logistics Support Directorate (LSD) to facilitate the USG DOL by increasing the effectiveness of logistics support provided by the installation.</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills are required along with a working knowledge of computer operations to include spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications.</li><li>Great organizational and management skills with a strong ability to work independent as a member of a robust team.</li><li>Provide broad guidance and direction to a multinational team of 150+ personnel.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring effective management of an annual budget of $2+ million.</li><li>Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, dusty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.</li><li>Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.</li><li>A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and Qatar Driver's License are required.</li><li>Must be able to maintain USG Network access & CAC card privilege(s).</li></ul></section>
