Design or support approved on-premises, cloud or hybrid infrastructure configurations. Provision and configure authorised development, test and production-support environments through client change controls. Implement connectivity, certificates, service accounts, access, secrets and infrastructure security requirements. Support installation and operation of data platforms, integration services, databases and analytical components. Establish monitoring, alerting, capacity, availability, performance and service-level evidence. Design and test backup, restoration, disaster-recovery and continuity procedures for relevant services.
