Oliver Wyman is looking to bring onboard an experienced professional as a Partner Talent Management Lead to join our IMEA (India, Middle East, South Africa) Talent Management Team!<br><br>This role can be based out of our Dubai, Riyadh, or Doha Office.<br><br>Job Overview:<br><br>The Partner Talent Management Lead works closely with the IMEA Executive Director of Talent operating at the intersection of talent strategy, business growth, and regional leadership governance, executing all talent processes in the region. This role ensures timely, accurate delivery of partner review cycles, development plans, and related talent administration to shape and execute the Partner talent architecture that drives firm performance, leadership pipeline strength, and long-term growth. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and a trusted advisory presence with senior leadership, directly impacting the Partner pipeline, performance management, and revenue growth.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Partner Talent Management & Development<br><br>Manage end-to-end administration of the Partner Review Cycle (PRC) for the IMEA region, including timelines, logistics, materials preparation, pack consolidation, and coordination of meetings. Act as career advisor for Partners, provide clarity on career and growth plans within the firm Maintain and validate partner performance and talent data; prepare summary reports and operational dashboards for the IMEA Executive Director of Talent and regional leadership. Collaborate with the Partner Development Council (PDC), Learning & Development teams and ED of Talent for IMEA to design and deliver tailored Partner development programs addressing key skill gaps and regional needs. Lead the regional coordination and operational execution of the Partner Review Committee (PRC) process, ensuring rigorous candidate identification, compelling business case development, and seamless candidate experience. Team with other Partner Talent Management Lead roles across the firm to share best practices and improve collaboration<br><br>Partner Performance Management<br><br>Responsible for managing the end-to-end execution and integrity of Partner performance management processes, including mid-year feedback, year-end reviews, and objective-setting, collaborating with the IMEA ED of Talent, Business Impact Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure fairness, consistency, and accountability. Manage Partner watchlists, mutual departure discussions, and Focused Development Plans (FDPs) with rigor and sensitivity in close partnership with the IMEA ED of Talent and Regional Head of HC Operations. Support local HC and regional leadership in managing Partner exits and alternative pathways, ensuring smooth transitions aligned with firm strategy and culture.<br><br>New Partner Integration & Onboarding<br><br>Own the onboarding and integration experience for new external Partners and newly promoted Partners, proactively monitoring progress, identifying challenges, and recommending timely interventions to ensure successful assimilation. Provide hands-on operational support to ensure seamless transitions, engaging appropriate commercial leaders and stakeholders as needed. Collaborate with the Head of Recruiting in IMEA by creating an open feedback loop on Partner candidates, regularly evaluating recruitment outcomes, and providing actionable insights to enhance recruiting effectiveness.<br><br>Partner Employment Relations Advisory<br><br>Work with the IMEA ED of Talent Partner to provide timely input on Partner employment relations matters, including exit negotiations and conflict resolution, balancing firm interests with Partner engagement and retention considerations.<br><br>Process Governance & Reporting<br><br>Prepare and present data-driven reports and insights on Partner performance and talent management metrics to the IMEA Management Committee to guide and inform decision making. Maintain rigorous operational standards and accountability in talent processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and transparency.<br><br>Required Skills and Attributes:<br><br>7+ years of experience in partner-level talent strategy, talent operations, performance management, and coaching within professional services or consulting firms. Strong business acumen and partnership capabilities, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Highly analytical individual who is proficient in Excel and can analyze datasets relating to Partner performance Proven ability to develop and execute senior-level talent strategies aligned with regional business priorities and growth objectives. Trusted advisor to senior leadership, skilled at influencing and building strong, collaborative relationships and networks. Experience in managing senior-level talent pipelines, succession planning, and mitigating attrition risks. Experienced in leading performance review committees and rigorous performance evaluation processes. Strong communication and influencing skills, accomplished in consensus building and adapting style across diverse audiences. Operational and client service excellence with an ownership mindset. Excellent project management skills to coordinate complex talent processes and cross-functional initiatives. Assist in creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes for the CSR and assist in monitoring their achievement on a periodic basis. Implements KPI’s and best practices for Corporate Social Responsibility. Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimize cost, avoid waste, and optimize benefits for the bank. Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent. Customer (Internal & External): Maintain regular contact with Business Heads, Managers and Leaders to ensure full integration and congruence of CSR goals and objectives with Business goals and objectives. Provide timely and accurate information to external and internal auditors and to Group Compliance, as and when required. Assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests. Proactively identify areas for professional development of self and undertake development activities. Seek out opportunities to remain current with all developments in professional field. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities: Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy). Understand and effectively perform your role under the Three Lines of Defense principle to identify measure, monitor, manage and report risks. This role is responsible for supervising kitchen operations during assigned shifts, supporting the development of the culinary team, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and contributing to the efficient operation of the kitchen.<br><br>Support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in the daily operation of the Nobu kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise kitchen employees during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support to maintain quality, consistency, and productivity. Assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of all menu items, ensuring they meet Nobu's culinary standards and presentation guidelines. Ensure cooking methods, portion sizes, recipes, and plating standards are consistently followed.
