Role :This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's Data Governance function, ensuring that data is trusted, well-defined, protected, and effectively utilized to support business decision-making, AI initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Role Purpose: The Commercial Lead owns end-to-end commercial performance of the Flagship distribution business in Qatar, covering both Organized Retail (OR) and Independent Retail channels. The role is central to executing the Qatar go-to-market strategy, activating retail and dealer channels ahead of major product launches, managing the relationship with the brand principal, and building the operating structure that supports sustainable growth of the flagship portfolio. We are seeking a hands-on HR techno functional professional to manage, configure, and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (D365 HR) and complementary HR platform. This is a working role. The successful candidate is the day-to-day owner of HR systems and personally delivers configuration, reporting, and support, while coordinating IT and external vendors as needed.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Manage and maintain the D365 HR platform day to day, including configuration and system administration.
