We are seeking a hands-on HR techno functional professional to manage, configure, and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (D365 HR) and complementary HR platform. This is a working role. The successful candidate is the day-to-day owner of HR systems and personally delivers configuration, reporting, and support, while coordinating IT and external vendors as needed.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Manage and maintain the D365 HR platform day to day, including configuration and system administration. Deliver HR technology enhancements and integrations hands-on, working directly in the system. Work closely with HR, IT, and vendors to build and roll out practical solutions. Build and run people analytics, workforce reporting, and dashboards. Administer Core HR, Leave and Absence, Compensation, and Talent modules. Carry out system testing, upgrades, and post-go-live support directly. Coordinate super users and external providers, and act as the main point of contact for the platform. Produce reports and insights to support decision-making.<br>Required Qualifications and Experience:<br>Hands-on experience configuring and administering D365 HR (Core HR, Leave and Absence, Compensation, Talent). Delivered at least one full-cycle HR system implementation, personally involved from design through go-live and support. Practical, hands-on skills in people analytics and HR reporting, including building dashboards and reports. Sound HR functional knowledge, including payroll, performance management, job architecture, grading, compensation, and benefits. Minimum 5 years in a hands-on HRIS or HR systems role. Experience with at least one Learning Management System (LMS) and one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).<br>Education and Professional Qualifications<br>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.<br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>Experience working directly with System Integrator (SI) and Application Management Services (AMS) partners in a multi-vendor environment. Experience in regulated GCC (Qatar preferred) industries, particularly Government or Financial Services. Strong communication and vendor coordination skills. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, particularly a Human Resources or Finance & Operations functional/techno-functional credential. Minimum 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role overseeing collections within mall, retail, or commercial real estate environments. Demonstrated success in managing relationships with retail tenants, anchor tenants, F&B operators, entertainment operators, and corporate clients. Strong understanding of retail leasing, property management operations, tenant billing, and revenue recovery processes. Experience developing and implementing collection strategies that improve cash flow, reduce aged receivables, and minimize bad debt exposure. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting, collections analytics, and advanced Excel. Excellent negotiation, dispute resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections, contracts, and tenancy agreements within the GCC. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in Credit or Finance are an advantage. Experience with major shopping mall operators, retail asset owners, property developers, or mixed-use destinations is highly preferred.<br>Preferred Experience07+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Revenue Management. Prior experience supporting large-scale commercial assets, retail destinations, shopping centres, mixed-use developments, or diversified real estate portfolios. Responsible in handling, Controlling and planning construction project and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner and while evaluating Key Performance Indicators.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists; hire full-time and part-time subcontractors and laborers and coordinate their schedules. Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions. Provide directions to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork to ensure that quality standards are being met. Monitor planned activities that are happening in a sequential manner. Managing & controlling all activities from the beginning up to the completion of projects. Attending project meetings, inquires with the current and potential clients for business development. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. Monitoring the production schedule to ensure on time project completion. Projects coordination with the factory, sites and clients. Provider leadership and guidance whenever it is required. Review the work progress on daily basis. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. About the Role You will lead risk-based internal audit engagements across UCC's capital project portfolio, while also supporting Group-wide continuous monitoring and audit work across our hospitality and F&B operations.
