An established engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Tier 3 standalone data centre development in Qatar. An exciting opportunity for technically strong and commercially aware project professional to take overall responsibility for coordinating the design, construction, commissioning and handover of a mission-critical facility. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between the client, consultant team, contractor, specialist vendors and project stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality and performance standards.<br>A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.10+ years' project management experience, with substantial major-project delivery experience. A Snapshot of Your Day<br><br>You will be part of the SE FIN GT GS ME UG team where you will drive commercial project management in all aspects. Role Purpose<br><br>The Senior Manager, Data Management & Governance leads client engagements that establish or strengthen practical data-management and governance capabilities. The role translates strategy and QDKC-aligned requirements into operating models, decision rights, policies, ownership and stewardship arrangements, committee practices, implementation roadmaps and performance measures that can function within the client's existing organisation.<br><br>The Senior Manager combines governance expertise with hands-on consulting delivery. that all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA), Electrical, Mechanical, and ELV works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with Tier III / Tier IV standards while meeting
