Acts as the Company representative with the customer and selected suppliers during the program execution. Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the customer. Assists business development in understanding customer issues and business plans in order to market and secure new/additional work. Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the program, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria. Assigns responsibility to executing project plans for key subordinates and assesses how to utilize their qualifications and strengths. Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates. Promotes technical excellence as well as the improvement of the Quality Improvement Process. Mobilizes Company resources, through effective liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work. Works with individual lead discipline engineer to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of a project. Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans. Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule. Works with individual lead discipline to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Advises the customer and Company management of any such changes. Oversees establishment of Work Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and other documents for hazardous waste work. May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of customers. Completes other responsibilities associated with the position as may be appropriate<br><br>HSE Management<br><br>Work with project manager(s) and other team members to visibly support and comply to the One-Way program and ensure that HSE requirements are followed by all project participants<br><br>Customer Relationships<br><br>Establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the project and post completion Identify, document and communicate the customer requirements Ensure effective management of multiple stakeholders<br><br>Commercial Management<br><br>Ensure effective management of Worley Parsons/Customer contract, including delivery of the budget gross margin.<br><br> Scope Management<br><br>Ensure effective handover from Business Development Group Ensure a clear definition of scope Ensure compliance with requirements of the contract Apply an effective change control process Manage and monitor project performance on an ongoing basis to identify issues and opportunities early and take pre-emptive action. Effectively manage project interfaces, including use of High Value Engineering centres<br><br>Time Management<br><br>Manage the planning of all scope elements of the project. Develop resource & financial requirements from the project plan. Manage the design, procurement and construction activities to meet the project schedule. Monitor the key reports and the development of corrective action plans. Ensure timely and effective documentation turnover and project close-out.<br><br>Cost Control<br><br>Ensure that all estimates which are prepared for the project are accurate project estimates. Ensure that all proper and accurate cost reports are provided for control of the project. Monitor and control all cost aspects of the project to forecast costs, obtain approvals, identify trends and take action to avoid cost overruns and take advantage of opportunities.<br><br>Quality Management<br><br>Ensure the project quality requirements are properly defined and fully implemented. Ensure the right systems are in place and that these are applied on the project. Ensure compliance with Worley Parsons policies and procedures. Implement as part of the project a lessons learned program on the project consistent with WP requirements.<br><br>Team Management<br><br>Define roles and responsibilities and provide clear and focused leadership for the project team to create a vision for project success and a strategy to fit that vision<br><br>Communications Management<br><br>Ensure effective communications with the project team. Document communication requirements. Ensure accurate, timely & effective progress reporting to the Customer and internally to Worley Parsons management. Ensure ongoing monitoring of the communication network between project staff, the customer and third parties and introduction of changes where required.<br><br>Risk Management<br><br>Identify project risks and opportunities. Monitor closure of all identified risks and opportunities. Maintain the risk management focus throughout the project duration<br><br>Design Management<br><br>Set clear objectives for the design team. Ensure design team are aware of, and are complying with, customer's Basis of Design and applicable regulations and codes. Monitor design activities, inter-discipline data flow and communications<br><br>Procurement/Subcontracts Management<br><br>Set clear objectives for the procurement and subcontracts team. Assess procurement process throughout the project to ensure goods meet specification and are delivered on time and are within budget.<br><br>Construction Management<br><br>Set clear objectives for the Construction team. Monitor the Construction Management function to ensure safe delivery of the project within cost and schedule objectives<br><br>Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training<br><br>Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage.<br><br>Industry Specific Experience<br><br>Prior experience must include significant project experience and successful project management. Vast relevant experience in a supervisory and/or project management role including technical expertise. Mandatory experience in FEED and Detail Design for large Offshore Brownfield Projects.<br><br>HSE Capability<br><br>Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements. Demonstrate behaviour and business practices commensurate with a culture of world’s best health, safety and environmental performance. Will maintain strategic oversight of every aspect of the resort's physical security and safety for guests, employees, assets and reputation including staffing, budgets, protocols and procedures as well as crisis management.<br><br>Job Description<br><br>Manage and supervise the day-to-day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property. Review and conduct performance evaluations for Security staff. Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety. Design and implement preventive safety and security programs. Prevent situations that could jeopardize the reputation of the hotel. Investigate crimes committed against the hotel, guests, and employees. Document all incidents occurring in the hotel in connection with crime, subversions, potential liabilities and insurance requirements. And in documenting such activities remain objective and write a comprehensive report. Manage and coach the security team With support from upper management, manage all problems and complaints that may be brought to your attention by guests; Be well versed as per procedures and communicate them as needed. Motivate, supervise and coach the security team; Support the Director of Security with regards to scheduling, holiday management, overtime management always while keeping in the mind hotel operational needs; Actively participate in department meetings and prepare appropriate summaries; As per Four Seasons standards, offer guests a pleasant, efficient and professional service; Act as a support in the onboarding and training process of new employees and help them complete their tasks; Help guests who are experiencing problems with their in-room safe; Help guests access their rooms in the event of a lost or defective room key; Welcome visitors, contractors, external vendors and register them in the visitors log; Help direct visitors and guests upon arrival at the hotel and answer any questions they may have; Have excellent knowledge of the services and amenities offered by the hotel as well as their schedules; Ensure that the security spaces and employee entrances are kept clean at all times; <br><br>Preferred Qualifications And Skills<br><br>1-2 Years of experience in a similar position with a Luxury Hotel or resort The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task! Vacancy Overview<br><br>Contracts Division Manager<br><br>Job Purpose<br><br>Manage the contracts strategy for the onshore projects by controlling, directing, and implementing the contract management process while leading the development and stewardship of contracts plans across the project. Ensure that an appropriate fraud deterrence framework is in place to protect the group from any risk event. Establish, initiate and be the custodian of all the Group policies dedicated to prevent and detect fraud activities. Assist the Vice President of Anti-Fraud Assurance and Strategy in providing Compliance Anti-Fraud services / advice to all the business lines. Advise on the implementation of fraud risk management and control practices within the organization. Assist the Vice President of Anti-Fraud Assurance and Strategy in the development of the compliance plan and the Compliance and policies manuals for approval by the Group Board Audit & Compliance Committee. Identify on timely basis, the regulatory changes (locally / International) that impact the Group’s compliance risk to enable timely update of the referenced charter, plan and policy manuals. Report on a regular basis to the Vice President of Anti-Fraud Assurance and Strategy regarding noncompliance risks, identified frauds and corrective action taken pertaining to the Group’s activities, for onward reporting to the Group Board Audit & Compliance Committee and Group Management Risk Committee. Forward all fraud suspicious incidents to the fraud investigations team for appropriate investigations. Maintain a track of all the fraud suspicious cases and follow up on the conclusions provided by the investigations team. Assist in preparing the Anti-Fraud training programs provided by Group Compliance and ensure there are continuously updated and in line with all the new applicable laws, regulations and best practices Take necessary actions to ensure all the new issued policies and procedures (when applicable) are embedded with appropriate key controls for fraud prevention and detection. Provide real-time ad hoc corrective actions and compliance advisory oversight for all business lines. Participate in issuing the studies, manuals on the new regulations, international standards, etc. Liaise with Group Human Capital to ensure the existence of appropriate awareness amongst personnel employed in the different entities on Fraud Control matters through provision of training courses, holding of seminars, etc. Perform fraud awareness studies on all the subjects and new regulations that directly impact the business and the bank activities and communicate the emerging issues along with the potential Fraud risks. React upon any risky events, news and developments that may impact business operations and management decisions; Maintain an updated inventory of suspected risk events, their status, impact and actions taken. Participate in establishing appropriate “Anti-Fraud” and anti-bribery culture within the Group. Participate in the enhancement and update of the fraud risk assessments on a regular basis. Maintain a feedback process to permanently readjust to the Fraud Risk Assessment strategy Defining and documenting mitigating controls and linking them to identified fraud risks. Suggest amendments to the existing controls, designing and implementing new preventive and detective controls as necessary, and implementing supporting technologies. Promoting the importance of the fraud risk management program and the organization’s position on fraud risk both internally and externally through corporate communications programs. Participate in designing and delivering fraud awareness training. Providing periodic evaluation of anti-fraud controls. Using independent evaluations of the fraud risk management program. Implementing technology to aid in continuous monitoring and detection activities. Learning & Knowledge: Assist the Vice President of Anti-Fraud Assurance and Strategy in facilitating an organizational Compliance Culture throughout the Group which reflects a commitment to compliance with the related laws and regulations. Assist the Vice President of Anti-Fraud Assurance and Strategy in the creation and management of the Compliance monitoring program and Compliance action tracker roadmap to ensure that a compliance culture is embedded within all aspects of the business. Ensure on-going development and implementation of the Group’s Code of Conduct and Compliance awareness. Assist in preparing the yearly training program to cover QNB Group Staff members; Assist in establishing new E-channels to build the awareness and knowledge among the Group staff members. Participate in developing and coordinating in a multifaceted educational and training program and seeks to ensure that all appropriate employees and management are knowledgeable of, and comply with, applicable laws and regulations. Liaise with Training Department on Fraud matters through provision of training courses, seminars, etc. Proactively identify areas for professional development of self and undertake development activities. Seek out opportunities to remain current with all developments in professional field. Hold meetings with staff and assess their performance and your team's overall performance on a regular basis.
