We’re Hiring for an AML Technical Consultant - Qatar <br>We are looking for an experienced Anti Money Laundering Technical Consultant to join the IT Department within the banking sector.<br>This is an excellent opportunity for a banking technology professional with strong hands-on experience across AML/Financial Crime systems, Treasury applications, system integrations and enterprise banking platforms. <br>Key Responsibilities:Act as a core technical consultant for AML, Compliance, and Treasury-related applications and IT projects. Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend appropriate solutions. Work closely with Business Teams, IT Teams, Project Managers, and Vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Support the preparation and review of BRDs/BCDs, solution designs, architecture diagrams, user manuals, and process documentation. Analyze and document end-to-end data flows and system integrations across AML, Treasury, Core Banking, Payments, Reporting, and Middleware/ESB environments. Participate in technical design discussions involving APIs, data formats, interfaces, middleware, and system architecture. Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors on application implementation, testing, production deployment, and BAU support.<br>Required Experience & Skills:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Banking IT, supporting or implementing enterprise banking applications. Strong knowledge of AML/CFT systems, including:Transaction Monitoring. Sanctions Screening. Customer Due Diligence (CDD). Case Management. Financial Crime Compliance workflows. Strong knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, including front-to-back operations, deal capture, settlement, risk management, P&L, and integration with core banking/GL systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving collection strategies, reducing overdue receivables, improving cash flow, managing credit and collection operations, and leading a high-performing collections team. <strong>المسمى الوظيفي<br><br></strong>مستشار التطبيقات وDevOps<br><br><strong>نطاق العمل<br><br></strong>يتولى مستشار تطوير التطبيقات (AppDev) مسؤولية إدارة أنشطة ما بعد البيع من خلال التقييم الاستباقي لمواصفات الحلول في ضوء متطلبات العملاء المتغيرة. ويقوم بتصميم وتخطيط وتنفيذ الحلول المحلية أو السحابية للانتقال، وتحليل البنية التحتية المحلية الحالية وتقديم الحلول للعملاء.<br><br><strong>المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية<br><br></strong><ul><li>تشغيل وإدارة وتوجيه مشاريع إثبات المفهوم (POC) وطلبات تقديم العروض (RFP) وإغلاق الفرص من منظور ما قبل المبيعات والتنفيذ</li><li>مساعدة العملاء في تصميم بنية حلول تطبيقات قابلة للتوسع وعالية التوفر تستفيد من خدمات Microsoft</li><li>العمل كمستشار فني جنباً إلى جنب مع فرق الأعمال والتطوير والبنية التحتية لدى العملاء</li><li>العمل كمتخصص في كل من البنية التحتية وتطوير التطبيقات</li><li>تطبيق ممارسات DevOps مثل البنية التحتية ككود، والتكامل المستمر، والنشر الآلي</li><li>المشاركة في جهود التصميم والتطوير والمراجعة والاختبار لتحديث التطبيقات والبيانات</li><li>ضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية لوظائف تخزين ومعالجة البيانات وفقاً لسياسات أمن الشركة وأفضل الممارسات في أمن السحابة</li><li>تقديم معرفة عميقة بهندسة البرمجيات فيما يتعلق بالبنية السحابية وأنماط التصميم</li><li>تحديد وتحليل ومعالجة الثغرات الأمنية في البنية التحتية ومشاكل نشر التطبيقات</li><li>التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والتطوير لتقييم وتحديد الحلول السحابية الأمثل</li><li>إنشاء وتنفيذ خارطة طريق لتحديث التطبيقات ونقلها إلى Azure</li><li>استخدام ARM وAzure Policy وBlueprints وتقنيات أخرى كجزء من خطوط إنتاج النشر المدمجة للحلول الجديدة في Azure</li><li>المساهمة في مشاريع البحث والتطوير الداخلية ولعب دور نشط في المجتمع التقني العام</li><li>الالتزام بسياسات أمن المعلومات الخاصة بـ New Signature والعملاء وضمان الامتثال في جميع الأوقات</li><li>الحفاظ على المؤهلات الفنية وتحديثها لتقديم استشارات فنية مكثفة للعملاء المحتملين</li><li>قيادة مكالمات المبيعات الفنية<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>متطلبات الوظيفة<br><br></strong><strong>المؤهل العلمي<br><br></strong>درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب أو علوم الحاسوب أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة<br><br><strong>الخبرة<br><br></strong>خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.<br><br>
