The Fitness Center Clerk/Trainer is responsible for performing the day-to-day tasks for operation of 24/7 fitness facilities. Services provided include fitness instructional classes and personal training, basic facility & equipment maintenance, sports leagues, special events, incentive programs and other supporting activities as specified in the Performance Work Statement. The Fitness Center Clerk/Trainer reports to the Fitness Center Manager and Lead Fitness Center Clerk. Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day execution of Fitness Center Services as specified in the Performance Work Statement. Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team and providing clean, friendly and well-maintained fitness centers. Shall conduct group training and personal training sessions. Facilitate sports leagues, special events, incentive programs and other supporting activities. Responsible for the maintenance and condition of the equipment in the facility. Shall maintain procedures for tracking and issuing fitness/sports equipment to guests. المدرب الرئيسي – برنامج ألعاب القوى للفتيات القسم: الرياضة / ألعاب القوى التقارير إلى: مدير البرنامج نوع التوظيف: دوام كامل الموقع: قطر نظرة عامة على الدور سيقود المدرب الرئيسي تطوير وتسليم برنامج ألعاب القوى للفتيات، مخلقاً بيئة آمنة وإيجابية وعالية الأداء للرياضيات الصغيرات. يجمع الدور بين التدريب الفني وتطوير اللاعب والقيادة الفريقية وتخطيط المنافسات وإدارة البرنامج. سيكون المدرب الرئيسي مسؤولاً عن مساعدة اللاعبات على تحسين أدائهن مع بناء الثقة والانضباط والعمل الجماعي وشغف دائم بالرياضة. المهام الأساسية 1. التدريب وتطوير اللاعب * تصميم وتقديم برامج تدريب ألعاب قوة مهيكلة مناسبة لعمر كل لاعبة وقدرتها ومراحل تطورها.* تدريب اللاعبات عبر تخصصات المضمار والميدان المعنية، بما في ذلك الجري والقفز والرمي.* تقييم قدرات اللاعبات ووضع خطط تطوير فردية.* رصد الأداء والحضور واللياقة والتقدم العام.* تحديد اللاعبات الموهوبات وتطوير مسارات واضحة للتدريب المتقدم والمنافسة.* تعزيز الثقة والانضباط والمرونة والعمل الجماعي والقيم الرياضية الإيجابية.* ضمان أن يظل التدريب ممتعاً وشاملاً ومناسباً لجميلات بمستويات خبرة مختلفة. 2. قيادة البرنامج * وضع فلسفة التدريب العامة والاتجاه الفني والخطة الموسمية للبرنامج.* قيادة والإشراف ودعم مدربين مساعدين وطاقم فني آخر.* تعيين مسؤوليات التدريب والتأكد من الاتساق عبر جميع مجموعات التدريب.* تخطيط جداول التدريب الأسبوعية وتقييمات اللاعبات وخيم التدريب والمنافسات.* ضمان أن يعمل البرنامج بكفاءة ويحقق أهداف المشاركة والأداء.* الإسهام في نمو وتطوير برنامج ألعاب القوى للفتيات في المستقبل. 3. إدارة المنافسات * إعداد اللاعبات بدنياً و عقلياً للمنافسات.* اختيار اللاعبات للفعاليات بناءً على الجاهزية والأداء واحتياجات التطوير.* إدارة دخول المسابقات وجداول الأحداث والاحماء ودعم اللاعبات.* حضور compétitions ومعسكرات التدريب وأنشطة البرنامج حسب الحاجة.* مراجعة نتائج المنافسات واستخدام بيانات الأداء لتحسين خطط التدريب المستقبلية. 4. رفاهية اللاعب وحماية الأطفال * الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة ومحترمة وداعمة لجميع اللاعبات.* اتباع سياسات الحماية ورعاية الصحة والسلامة والطفل.* التعرف على الإصابات والتعامل معها بشكل مناسب، أو المخاوف الصحية أو قضايا الرفاهية.* العمل عن كثب مع الأهل والأوصياء والمتخصصين الطبيين وإدارة البرنامج عند الضرورة.* ضمان وجود حدود مهنية وتواصل مناسب مع اللاعبات وأfamilies.* تعزيز الرفاه البدني والعاطفي والاجتماعي لكل لاعبة. 5. الاتصال والتقارير * المحافظة على تواصل منتظم واحترافي مع اللاعبات والأهل والإدارة.* تقديم تغذية راجعة واضحة حول تقدم اللاعبات والحضور والسلوك والتطور.* إعداد تقارير دورية تتضمن المشاركة والأداء والإنجازات ومجالات للتحسين.* إجراء اجتماعات أولياء الأمور ومراجعات اللاعبات عند الحاجة.* تمثيل البرنامج بمهنية في المنافسات والفعاليات والأنشطة المجتمعية. 6. المسؤوليات التشغيلية * ضمان استخدام مرافق التدريب والمعدات بأمان وصيانتها بشكل مناسب.* الحفاظ على سجلات الحضور والتقييم والأداء والمنافسة بدقة.* دعم توظيف اللاعبات والتجارب وأيام الانفتاح ومبادرات المشاركة المجتمعية.* التنسيق مع الإدارة والتسويق والطب وفرق العمليات عند الحاجة.* أداء واجبات أخرى تتعلق بالتسليم الفعّال لبرنامج ألعاب القوى. المؤهلات والخبرة * شهادة اعتماد معترف بها في التدريب في ألعاب القوى أو المضمار والميدان.* درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الرياضة أو التربية البدنية أو التدريب أو مجال ذي صلة مفضلة.* حد أدنى خمس سنوات من الخبرة في تدريب ألعاب القوى ذات الصلة.* يفضل خبرة سابقة في قيادة برنامج ألعاب القوى لفتيات أو للشباب.* خبرة مثبتة في تطوير اللاعبات للمنافسات.* فهم قوي لتطور اللعب لدى الشباب واللياقة، الوقاية من الإصابات والتعافي.* شهادة إسعاف أولي أو CPR سارية، أو الرغبة في الحصول عليهما قبل البدء في الدور.* يفضل وجود شهادة حماية أو رعاية الطفل.* الكفاءة في اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ العربية ميزة إضافية. المهارات والسمات المطلوبة * قدرات قيادية قوية وإدارة فريق.* معرفة تقنية ممتازة في ألعاب القوى.* القدرة على التحفيز والإرشاد والتأثير الإيجابي على صغار اللاعبات.* مهارات التخطيط والتنظيم ومراقبة الأداء قوية.* تواصل مهني وواثق مع اللاعبات وأهاليهم وزملائهم.* صبورة ومتحمّلة وودودة وتتمتع بحسّ ثقافي.* القدرة على الحفاظ على الهدوء واتخاذ قرارات مسؤولة تحت الضغط.* الالتزام برفاهية اللاعب وحماية الأطفال والسلوك المهني.* الرغبة في العمل ليلاً وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع وأيام المنافسة عند الحاجة. مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية سيتم تقييم الأداء بناءً على: * حضور اللاعبات والاحتفاظ بهن.* تطوير لاعب فردي وتحسن أداء يمكن قياسه.* المشاركة والنتائج في المنافسات.* رضا اللاعبات وأولياء أمورهم.* جودة واتساق تقديم التدريب.* الالتزام بمتطلبات الحماية والسلامة.* تطوير وأداء فريق التدريب الأوسع.* النمو وسمعة برنامج ألعاب القوى للفتيات. متطلبات الحماية سيُطلب من المرشح الناجح إنهاء جميع عمليات فحص الخلفية اللازمة والامتثال تماماً لسياسات الحماية ورعاية الطفل والسلوك المهني الخاصة بالمنظمة.

Head Coach – Girls’ Athletics Program Department: Sports / Athletics Reports to: Program Director Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Qatar Role Overview The Head Coach will lead the development and delivery of the Girls’ Athletics Program, creating a safe, positive, and high-performance environment for young female athletes. The role combines technical coaching, athlete development, team leadership, competition planning, and program management. The Head Coach will be responsible for helping athletes improve their performance while building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and a lasting passion for sport. Key Responsibilities 1. Coaching and Athlete Development * Design and deliver structured athletics training programs appropriate to each athlete’s age, ability, and development stage.* Coach athletes across relevant track and field disciplines, including running, jumping, and throwing events.* Assess athletes’ abilities and create individual development plans.* Monitor performance, attendance, fitness, and overall progression.* Identify talented athletes and develop clear pathways for advanced training and competition.* Promote confidence, discipline, resilience, teamwork, and positive sporting values.* Ensure training remains engaging, inclusive, and suitable for girls of different experience levels. 2. Program Leadership * Establish the overall coaching philosophy, technical direction, and seasonal plan for the program.* Lead, supervise, and support assistant coaches and other technical staff.* Assign coaching responsibilities and ensure consistency across all training groups.* Plan weekly training schedules, athlete assessments, camps, and competitions.* Ensure the program operates efficiently and meets its participation and performance objectives.* Contribute to the future growth and development of the Girls’ Athletics Program. 3. Competition Management * Prepare athletes physically and mentally for competitions.* Select athletes for events based on readiness, performance, and development needs.* Manage competition entries, event schedules, warm-ups, and athlete support.* Attend competitions, training camps, and program activities as required.* Review competition results and use performance data to improve future training plans. 4. Athlete Welfare and Safeguarding * Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all athletes.* Follow all safeguarding, child protection, health, and safety policies.* Recognize and respond appropriately to injuries, health concerns, or welfare issues.* Work closely with parents, guardians, medical professionals, and program management when necessary.* Ensure professional boundaries and appropriate communication with athletes and families.* Promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of every athlete. 5. Communication and Reporting * Maintain regular and professional communication with athletes, parents, and management.* Provide clear feedback regarding athlete progress, attendance, behavior, and development.* Prepare periodic reports covering participation, performance, achievements, and areas for improvement.* Conduct parent meetings and athlete reviews when required.* Represent the program professionally at competitions, events, and community activities. 6. Operational Responsibilities * Ensure training facilities and equipment are used safely and maintained appropriately.* Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, performance, and competition records.* Support athlete recruitment, trials, open days, and community engagement initiatives.* Coordinate with administration, marketing, medical, and operations teams when required.* Perform other duties related to the effective delivery of the athletics program. Qualifications and Experience * Recognized athletics or track and field coaching certification.* Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or a related field is preferred.* Minimum of five years of relevant athletics coaching experience.* Previous experience leading a girls’ or youth athletics program is strongly preferred.* Demonstrated experience developing athletes for competitions.* Strong understanding of youth athletic development, conditioning, injury prevention, and recovery.* Valid First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain them before commencing the role.* Safeguarding or child protection certification is preferred.* English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
