Deliver proactive floor-walking support for meeting rooms, Teams Rooms, video conferencing, printers, and WiFi. Support users remotely across global offices. Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and licensing. Perform basic network troubleshooting (WiFi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS) and escalate when required. Manage device lifecycle activities such as provisioning, software installation, and replacements.<br>Technical Requirements3–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
