Role Description: The ABA Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role involves conducting behavioral assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions for children with diverse needs. The ABA Therapist will provide one-on-one therapy sessions as well as providing hands-on support in our early intervention classroom. Daily responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and communicating with families and caregivers. The role also includes participating in team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision to maintain high standards of care and professional growth.<br>Qualifications Proficiency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic. A minimum of two years of experience as an ABA therapist. Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, special education, or a closely related field; certification in ABA (e.g., RBT, ABAT, IBT) is an advantage.
