He can be assigned and work on shift duty. He can be called out any time to attend to breakdown work for the shift operation manager. He has to keep abreast with new technologies and control concepts. Working in very hot, dirty environment, and high level platforms. The Electrical Power Production Technician installs, operates, and modifies electrical generating power production plants and Ground/Mobile Power Generation equipment.<br><br>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<br><br>Installs and operates electrical power plants, distribution equipment, automatic transfer panels Checks equipment for serviceability Positions equipment such as gasoline, diesel, and turbine engines; generators; switchgear; air compressors; and other power plant auxiliary equipment Modifies equipment according to technical publications. The HVAC/CRAC Technician will work in a fast-paced work environment and requires detailed working knowledge of facility equipment and operations to include facility systems operations, chillers, air conditioning, ventilation, and structural repairs. Ability to supervise, troubleshoot, and restore operations of facility systems and equipment scheduling preventive maintenance assignment and work orders.
