Join our motivated and vibrant Team as&nbsp;<strong>Mechanical Technician </strong>and build your career with us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><br><p>Mechanical Technician Responsibilities:</p><br><ul><li>To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all mechanical and plumbing installations and systems.</li><li>Maintains all lighting throughout hotel/retail.</li><li>To maintain all HVAC units.</li><li>To maintain all motor, belts, bearings, etc.</li><li>To maintain all shop tools and equipment.</li><li>To assist the Security Manager to maintain the Life Safety machinery and equipment, all mechanicals such as pumps and emergency diesel.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.</li><li>Do all necessary welding as required.</li><li>Do all work orders pertain to the hotel.</li><li>Assist other trades as required/retail</li><li>Answer all calls and does repairs, if unable to do repairs, must notify the supervisor of the problem.</li><li>Perform chemical test for boilers, chillers, swimming pool, etc.</li><li>Operate BMS computer system.</li><li>Is part of the fire response team, also on standby in the event of any emergencies.</li><li>Does preventative maintenance as schedule by Engineering Office.</li><li>Contact vendors and order necessary replacement/repair parts.</li><li>Maintain adequate stock of parts/materials in the maintenance shop.</li><li>Creatively resolve electrical/mechanical issues in order to keep the machinery operational.</li><li>Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical (PLC), make adjustments, and products changer-over, in a timely manner.</li><li>To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.</li><li>To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guest areas.</li><li>To maintain the reading of water supply.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><p>Your experience and skills include:<br>Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset<br>Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities<br>Highly responsible &amp; reliable</p><br><br>Additional Information<br><br><ul><li>To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.</li><li>To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments.</li></ul> </div>

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize the performance and lifespan of the mobile crane fleet. Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians, assisting them in complex repair and maintenance tasks. Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to aid in troubleshooting and repairs. Provide technical support and on-site repairs for clients. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Adhere to safety protocols while working.<br>Qualifications:Technical degree or certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance or a related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience with mobile cranes or heavy equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with hydraulic systems.
