The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, vendor coordination, HSE compliance, financial administration and CAFM data management.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Own and manage the client's PPM (planned preventive maintenance) schedule; dispatch and close tasks within the CAFM/CMMS system (REALM) to ensure 100% visibility. Ensure all maintenance covering MEP, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety, and UPS/Generators is statutory and OEM-compliant. Review service reports, track defect/snag closures and maintain an accurate, up-to-date site asset register. Conduct on-site supervision of works, perform quality checks, sign off on service dockets and ensure the site is returned to operational standards. Facilitate the creation of Purchase Requisitions (PRs/POs), conduct vendor inductions and contribute to local vendor performance reviews. Maintain all necessary permits, risk assessments and incident reports; support site drills, toolbox talks and implementation of corrective actions.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>3+ years of experience in a Facilities Management or engineering environment. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management Strong written and verbal communication skills. Accountable for the financial performance of site service delivery. Ensure that essential site soft and hard services PPM and remedial works are completed. Ensure that critical systems (UPS, FM200, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, M&E, HVAC) and non-critical systems and equipment are properly maintained. Manage suppliers and service providers supporting site operations. Assist in raising and managing purchase orders, work orders, e-logbooks, harbour calls, and related processes.  Requirements</p><p>A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a supervisory role within a related service environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in contract management and performance measurement. PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft systems, with experience in PPM and FM software systems such as CAFM. Excellent commercial understanding, including P&L and budget responsibility.</p>

HYDRAULIC PUMP TECHNICIAN:-<br>Overhauling of open and close loop pump.<br>well-versed knowledge of pump and motor control and troubleshooting capabilities on test bench as well as on equipment <br><br>HYDRAULIC POWEPACK TECHNICIAN:-<br>Must having experience in assembly and testing as per GAD, troubleshooting on the HPUs , capable of reading hydraulic circuit. Experience on electrical logics is an advantage.<br><br>HYDRAULIC CYLINDER TECHNICIAN:-<br>Must be able to inspect the components by using micrometer and bore gauge <br>knowledge of seals and it's applications <br>Assembly and testing of the cylinder <br><br>SEAL TECHNICIAN:-<br>Must be cable of operating seal cutting CNC machine.<br>must be having thorough knowledge and experience on the seal material and it's applications, capable of indipendently take measurements and fabricate the seal.
