You will play an important part in ensuring vehicles are repaired correctly, safely, and within the agreed timelines, while supporting high customer satisfaction and workshop productivity. What You Will Do Perform servicing, preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of Volvo trucks and buses according to manufacturer and dealer/distributor standards. Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults using approved diagnostic procedures and equipment. Complete assigned jobs within the specified repair time and agreed service schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Strictly follow Volvo technical specifications, repair procedures, Workshop Service Manuals, technical instructions, and guidance from the Workshop Supervisor/Work In-Charge. Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics accurately. Effectively use Volvo-approved diagnostic tools, technical systems, service manuals, and other workshop equipment. Conduct systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to identify and rectify vehicle faults efficiently. Carry out required testing, calibration, programming, and adjustments using approved Volvo diagnostic equipment. Perform quality checks after completing repairs to ensure the vehicle is safe, reliable, and ready for delivery. Identify additional faults or repair requirements during inspection and communicate them to the Workshop Supervisor/Service Advisor. Maintain accurate job card records, including fault findings, diagnostic results, repairs performed, and parts replaced. Follow warranty procedures and ensure all warranty repair documentation is completed accurately. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition and ensure proper housekeeping within the workshop. Follow all company HSE policies, workshop safety procedures, and safe working practices. Minimize repeat repairs and comebacks by applying correct diagnostic and repair procedures. Complete assigned Volvo technical training and e-learning within the required timelines. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing Kitchen & Laundry equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. <h2 class=\"h5\">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class=\"t-break\" data-jb-field=\"description\"> المسؤوليات الرئيسية <ul><li>تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية في السيارات والشاحنات والمركبات التجارية. </li><li>فحص، إصلاح، واستبدال البطاريات والمولدات ومشغلات الطاقة والأسلاك والمرابط والفيوزات وأجهزة الاستشعار وأنظمة الإضاءة. </li><li>استكشاف أنظمة الكهرباء والإلكترونيات في المركبة باستخدام أجهزة فحص، والملتيمترات، ومعدات الاختبار. </li><li>تثبيت وإصلاح ملحقات المركبة بما في ذلك الأضواء، الأبواق، الإنذارات، الكاميرات، ووحدات التحكم الكهربائية. </li><li>تشخيص وإصلاح أنظمة تكييف هواء المركبات. </li><li>إجراء شحن غاز الـ AC، استعادة المبرد، اختبارات الفراغ، وكشف التسرب. </li><li>إصلاح أو استبدال ضاغطات الـ AC، والمكثفات، والمبخرات، والصمامات الموسعة، والمنفاخات، والخراطيم، والمكونات المرتبطة. </li><li>تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والفحص الدوري لأنظمة الكهرباء وAC. </li><li>قراءة وفهم مخططات الأسلاك الكهربائية للمركبة والكتيبات التقنية. </li><li>التأكد من اكتمال جميع الإصلاحات وفق مواصفات المصنع ومعايير السلامة. </li><li>الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة عن عمليات الفحص والإصلاح وقطع الغيار والخدمات المنفّذة. </li><li>الإبلاغ عن الأعطال الكبرى وقطع الغيار المطلوبة والمتطلبات الإضافية للإصلاح للمشرف. </li><li>الحفاظ على الأدوات والمعدات ومنطقة الورشة في حالة آمنة ومنظمة. </li></ul> المتطلباتشهادة ITI أو دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية في الكهرباء Automotive، أو هندسة السيارات، أو التكييف والتبريد أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات ذات صلة كفني كهرباء سيارات وميكانيكي تكييف. خبرة عملية في العمل مع السيارات والمركبات الخفيفة والحافلات والشاحنات الثقيلة. معرفة قوية بأنظمة الكهرباء في السيارات 12 فولت و24 فولت. خبرة في استكشاف مشاكل تكييف السيارة، شحن الغاز، اختبار التسرب، واستبدال المكونات. القدرة على تشغيل أجهزة فحص، والملتيميترات، وأجهزة استعادة الغاز، ومعدات الورشة الأخرى. فهم جيد لمخططات الأسلاك الكهربائية والكتيبات التقنية للمركبة. القدرة على تحديد الأعطال بشكل مستقل وإكمال الإصلاحات بكفاءة. مهارات اتصال أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية. المدة: شهران وقابلة للتمديد </div>

<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Diagnose and repair electrical faults in cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles. </li><li>Inspect, repair, and replace batteries, alternators, starters, wiring, relays, fuses, sensors, and lighting systems. </li><li>Troubleshoot vehicle electrical and electronic systems using diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and testing equipment. </li><li>Install and repair vehicle accessories, including lights, horns, alarms, cameras, and electrical control units. </li><li>Diagnose and repair automotive air-conditioning systems. </li><li>Perform AC gas charging, refrigerant recovery, vacuum testing, and leak detection. </li><li>Repair or replace AC compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, blowers, hoses, and related components. </li><li>Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections of electrical and AC systems. </li><li>Read and understand vehicle electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals. </li><li>Ensure all repairs are completed according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, spare parts, and services performed. </li><li>Report major faults, required spare parts, and additional repair requirements to the supervisor. </li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop area in a safe and organized condition. </li></ul> RequirementsITI, Diploma, or technical certification in Automotive Electrical, Automobile Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Automotive Electrician and AC Mechanic. Practical experience working with cars, light vehicles, buses, and heavy trucks. Strong knowledge of 12V and 24V automotive electrical systems. Experience in vehicle AC troubleshooting, gas charging, leak testing, and component replacement. Ability to operate diagnostic scanners, multimeters, AC recovery machines, and other workshop equipment. Good understanding of electrical wiring diagrams and vehicle technical manuals. Ability to independently identify faults and complete repairs efficiently. Basic communication skills in English. Duration: 2 Months and Extendable </div>
