وجودة الخدمة وسلامة وراحة الضيوف. الحفاظ على نظافة и حالة البار، ووحدات البار، والطاولات، والأدوات الأخرى. إعداد وتقديم المشروبات الساخنة والباردة و/أو الكحولية. تخزين الثلج والأواني الزجاجية والإمدادات. توقع الاحتياجات اللوجستية وإبلاغها فوراً. غسل الأطباق والأواني المستخدمة حسب الحاجة. إتمام مهام الافتتاح والإغلاق. طلب جميع الإمدادات اللازمة ونقلها من غرفة التخزين إلى منطقة إعداد البار حسب المطلوب. تأمين المشروبات الكحولية والبيرة والنبيذ والمبردات والخزائن وأماكن التخزين. تدوين المعلومات الهامة في دفتر السجل الخاص بالقسم. توقع الاحتياجات الإضافية للوجبات وإبلاغ المطبخ بالطلبات
