SANAD Insurance Brokers W. L. L. is preparing to launch a new digital consumer product in Qatar and is looking for a hands-on, early-career Growth & Content Associate to help shape how the product enters the market and grows. This is broader than a conventional social media role. You will help build the brand story, content engine, community and growth activities from the ground up. Your strongest skill should be storytelling, combined with the ability to move between ideas and execution—from developing concepts and writing scripts to creating, publishing, promoting and improving content based on results. Key responsibilities Help develop the product’s content strategy, brand voice, campaign themes and launch calendar. Manage day-to-day content and community activities across Instagram and Tik Tok. Create concepts, captions, scripts, photography and short-form video content. Edit and adapt content for different platforms using tools such as Cap Cut, Canva or Adobe. Support campaign setup, creative testing and performance reviews across Meta, Tik Tok and Google Ads. Use AI tools responsibly for research, ideation, copywriting, graphics, editing and content repurposing. What we are looking for A strong storyteller with an instinct for what makes people stop, care, share or act.1–3 years of experience in content, social media, growth, community, media, branding, an agency or startup environment. Fresh graduates are welcome if they can demonstrate meaningful work through internships, student organizations, freelance projects, personal channels or other practical experience. A portfolio demonstrating original content, storytelling, copywriting, video, photography, campaigns or community-building work. Strong English writing and communication skills. Arabic is a strong advantage, particularly for social content and community interaction. Basic knowledge of performance marketing and an interest in developing skills across Meta, Tik Tok and Google Ads. Good organization, follow-through and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A proactive, curious and entrepreneurial approach to work. Preferred Qualifications Interest in cars, car culture or the everyday experience of owning and using a car.
