الغرض الأساسي من الوظيفة<br><br>قيادة وتنظيم وضمان التشغيل الآمن والفعال والمتوافق لميناء رأس لفان. المسؤولية الكاملة عن الأداء الاستراتيجي والتشغيلي والتنظيمي للميناء. ضمان التوافق مع المعايير البحرية الحكومية والوطنية والدولية مع الحفاظ على استمرارية الأعمال والسلامة وسلامة الأصول والأداء المالي.<br><br>الخبرات والمهارات المطلوبة<br><br>خبرة تراكمية لا تقل عن 15-20 عاماً في الموانئ أو العمليات البحرية (يفضل في قطاع النفط والغاز)، بما في ذلك ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات في دور إداري عليا في الميناء. يُفضل وجود خبرة مثبتة في قيادة عمليات الموانئ المعقدة أو البنية التحتية أو الوظائف اللوجستية. معرفة قوية بالاتفاقيات الدولية (MARPOL، SOLAS، ILO، إلخ)، ومعايير هيئات صناعة النفط والغاز وصناعة الشحن. قدرة مثبتة على القيادة وإدارة المخاطر واتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية. مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتفاوض والتواصل.<br><br>المؤهلات التعليمية<br><br>مؤهل بحري عليا معترف به دولياً - على سبيل المثال قبطان أعالي البحار من الدرجة الأولى أو شهادة جامعية، ويفضل أن تكون في النقل البحري أو الهندسة البحرية، مع تفضيل الحصول على ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA).

Carry out the Surface preparation work such as - cleaning preparation, scrapping, fresh water washing, degreasing, power tooling, & surface coating (painting) etc. as per the work instructions / directive of supervisor in order to meet clients' and yard's requirements for timely delivery of projects.<br>Key Accountabilities:l . Perform job-related activities such as surface cleaning & preparation, scrapping, fresh water washing, degreasing, power tooling, touch up painting of prepared surface using roller or brush & surface coating (painting) in line with defined standard operating procedures and quality standards. Apply the corrosion protection process to hull, decks, superstructure, chain lockers, tank coatings, cargo holds, structural steel works, pipelines & miscellaneous items. Ensure appropriate use of tools and machinery, preventing excessive wear and tear and breakdowns. Prevent wastage of materials (painting materials), consumables and report any malfunction of tools and machinery to immediate supervisor. Maintain housekeeping of work place to required standards. Takes initiative to pursue self-development through on-job-training/education. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work. Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by group leader/supervisor. Execute the floating dock operations in accordance with the instructions provided by the Dock Master to ensure the safe docking and undocking of vessels as per the established schedule.<br>Identify the weight of the vessels, whether single or co-docking, to input the LCG data into the ADAC system before initiating the lifting process. Conducts pre-operation inspections 72 hours in advance of any lifting or lowering activities involving the floating dock. Continuously Monitor all the ballast tanks of the floating dock day/night and same is recorded. Manages the floating dock to maintain safe drafts while vessels in dock carry out ballasting / ballasting. Work closely with maintenance team and assist to deballast or ballast tanks and operate ballast pumps as per requirement during maintenance. Promptly informs the Dock Master and maintenance team of any irregularities or unusual alarms. Operates the trolley for centering vessels within the floating dock while simultaneously managing the lifting operations. Upholds workplace cleanliness to meet established standards and ensures proper use of tools and equipment to minimize wear and prevent breakdowns. Coordinate with site supervisors and ensure that gutter holes are open during the descent of the floating dock and securely closed after lifting is completed. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality protocols for a safe and secure working environment. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by Supervisor. Key Job Accountabilities Participates in pre-commissioning, commissioning, preservation and start-up of new equipment and facilities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on field Mechanical equipment as directed in the field and workshop in line with safe work practices. Ensure that material and spare parts are available and in good condition before starting maintenance activities as per work plan. Ensure applicable maintenance procedures are followed and ensure proper controls are in place to ensure safe workplace. Provides accurate records and close-out reports of all completed work as per company requirements, as requested and guided by Foreman/Supervisor. The designee shall maintain systems such as, but not limited to Cummins generator series' DGDK, DSGAB, DGBB, C15D6, C35D6 125D6D, MEPP series 1050, 1070A, PP- 3106A and utilize Cummins Inpower software for diagnostics.
