Job Brief The IT Technical Support Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user devices. The role ensures the availability, security, and reliability of IT services by providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software, resolving network and system issues, and assisting with data center operations. Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, and maintain user workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. * Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and hardware components. * Provide first and second-level technical support to employees and resolve IT-related incidents in a timely manner. * Monitor and maintain the integrity, availability, and security of IT systems across the organization. * Monitor server performance, network connectivity, and system health. * Assist in the administration and monitoring of Active Directory, user accounts, and access permissions. * Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and preventive maintenance activities. * Assist in managing and monitoring backup systems and ensure successful backup operations. * Monitor and maintain voice recording systems and support call retrieval when required. * Support the administration of ticker systems, market data displays, and information display walls. * Assist with monitoring data center infrastructure, including UPS systems, air conditioning, environmental monitoring, and safety equipment. * Monitor and support CCTV and access control systems. * Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, inventory, and maintenance contracts. * Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, warranty claims, and technical support. * Evaluate hardware and software solutions for future procurement. * Maintain technical documentation and ensure IT assets are properly tracked. * Participate in developing and improving IT policies, procedures, and operational standards. * Work closely with other IT team members to support business operations. * Comply with all company policies, procedures, and information security standards. * Perform any other duties assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Technical Support or System Administration. * Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and Apple mac OS. * Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, and basic network troubleshooting. * Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. * Strong experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows desktop and server environments. * Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office applications. * Experience with IT asset management, inventory control, and software licensing. * Experience with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. * Experience working with network and system monitoring tools. * Experience supporting CCTV and access control systems. * Familiarity with data center operations and environmental monitoring. * Experience coordinating with external vendors for procurement and technical support. * Good documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Job Description BGS is excited to find some Aircrew Flight Equipment Technician (AFE) _Life Support Equipment all levels to assist in our maintenance efforts at Al Udeid AFB, Qatar. Job Description Summary Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in Aircrew Flight Equipment. Perform necessary repairs to restore systems to proper working order. Conducts complete overhauls of components and systems. Installs of new or replacement components and systems associated with Aircrew Flight Equipment. Perform routine maintenance on Aircrew Flight Equipment systems. Utilize technical data, rely on technical publications and manuals to guide their work. Conducts thorough inspections to identify potential issues. Operate systems to verify functionality and diagnose problems. May work with specialized support equipment (SE) related to technical discipline. Position Responsibilities: Inspect, maintain, and repair aircrew flight equipment, including survival gear, helmets, oxygen masks, harnesses, parachutes, anti-G suits, communication equipment. and other life-support systems. Follow established procedures and technical orders to maintain equipment in accordance with safety and maintenance standards. Conduct thorough inspections of aircrew flight equipment to ensure proper functionality, serviceability, and compliance with technical specifications. Fabricates and modifies Aircrew Flight Equipment according to technical specifications. Provide training and guidance to aircrew members on the proper use, maintenance, and emergency procedures related to aircrew flight equipment. Able to assign and perform CUT (Cross Utilization Training) as required. Works under general supervision. This position requires the ability to obtain the US Security Clearance from the US Government. Employer will sponsor applicants for employment visa status where required. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in Aircrew Flight Equipment Systems. Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts Preferred Qualifications: Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15) Military or vocational school related to discipline or equivalent. Responsible for driving business growth within Qatar’s Oil, Gas & LNG, Petrochemical, and other Industrial sectors for the AMPIS division. Based on above points, Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) Superintendent is the first responsible for the timely completion of the construction works, ensuring while Project is constructed in strict accordance with approved execution plan. Conflicts or revisions to this plan shall be immediately communicated to the Project team for mutual resolution. Main functions: Review the last revision of IFC drawings, Engineering Instructions and method of statements, along with mechanical schedule, to properly supervise the works at Site and ensure that construction activities are done on schedule, quality and cost. Arrange with the Subcontractor the corresponding weekly meetings to validate and consolidate the week ahead activities to be performed. The Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) Superintendent shall keep always updated the weekly plan against the overall Project schedule with full knowledge about the current Workfront. Assist the Planning and Production Control Departments to update the current mechanical plan or to develop a new forecast plan revision. Check that the Rotating Equipment Supervisors are aware about the Subcontractor scope of work and that the daily targets are fixed according with Project schedule. The Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) Superintendent shall distribute the workload between the Supervisors based on the weekly targets. Ensure that the daily production is evaluated by every Rotating Equipment Supervisor and it is daily loaded in the system. Evaluate the Rotating Equipment Supervisor performance, enhancing their skills and abilities. Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. Dismiss Rotating Equipment Supervisors who fail to meet expectations under justified arguments. Check with Rotating Equipment Supervisors that the adequate Subcontractor manpower is available for each task and the labour force allocated on the job is productively used. Rotating Equipment Supervisors will know the Mechanical corporate tools and procedures, and he will use and apply them in the daily work. Report the manpower deployed at Site in a daily basis. Check in advance with Subcontractor that required tools and worksite access (scaffolding, roads, etc.) are available to perform the planned daily activities. Manage the material dispatched to the Subcontractor and ensure its efficient use. Identify proper methods of material handling and preservation to prevent damages or deterioration. Minimize as much as possible the site storages period. Provide on-site coordination with Subcontractor, walk daily all work areas to monitor activities. Validate the FEWOs and contribute with the corresponding information to issue the reliable evidences. If applicable, verify and follow up the compliance and filling of the Work Time Sheets by the Rotating Equipment Supervisors, demanding full accuracy over the hours required to perform the activity. If applicable, validate and follow up the required Vendor assistance man-hours to minimize them for the contractual ones. In no case, the Vendor technician will cover the function and responsibilities of Supervisors because of their negligence or lack of skill/knowledge. The Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) Superintendent does not have authorization to be engaged in commercial agreements (subcontracts, change orders, work authorizations). However, he should provide the necessary support to Subcontract Department to identify the Subcontractor deficiencies and negligence of its functions. Ensure that Subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contractual scope of work. Undertake actively the discussions, technical queries and site agreements with Engineering / Client to prevent common topics (accessibility, typical, etc.) suffered in previous Projects as to increase production and reduce reworks. Ensure that any red-marked drawing provided by Subcontractor include all changes exactly as it was built. Implement and know the ITPs, and any other TR procedure and make them effective at Site. The role involves close collaboration with senior engineers in deployment, testing, commissioning, and documentation of the network and security systems across multiple sites. نحن نبحث عن مهندس أول للبيئة والصحة والسلامة ليكون مسؤولاً عن إجراء تحليلات للمخاطر المهنية والبيئية والصحية ووضع الإجراءات الوقائية أو التصحيحية والمعدات والتدريب والتثقيف اللازمة لضمان أن فريق الخدمات يفي بالمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية والمعايير والقوانين وسياسات وإجراءات الشركات. الأدوار والمسؤوليات<ul><li>المساهمة في تعزيز ثقافة السلامة القوية بين فريق خدمات الخليج.</li><li>تطوير وتنفيذ برامج تدريب السلامة؛ تعزيز الوعي بالسلامة من خلال الحملات الإعلامية.</li><li>المساعدة في تعريف وتقديم تدريب التعريف للمستخدمين الجدد والشركاء والمقاولين.</li><li>إجراء تحليل مخاطر الوظيفة لتحديد فقدان الأنظمة والعمليات لدينا.</li><li>ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة ومواكبة الأنظمة المحلية والوطنية والإقليمية والدولية المعمول بها.</li><li>مراجعة وتحديث المعايير والسياسات والممارسات المحلية باستمرار لضمان بقائها محدثة ومتوافقة مع إرشادات الشركة ومتوافقة تماماً مع المتطلبات التنظيمية المعمول بها.</li><li>المساعدة في الحفاظ على متطلبات برنامج ISO 14001 و ISO 45001 وشهادته.</li><li>إدارة تحقيقات الحوادث، وضمان تحليل السبب الجذري الشامل وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.</li><li>الحفاظ على السجلات المطلوبة، إعداد التقارير والملفات حسب الحاجة للوفاء بمتطلبات الشركة والتنظيمية.</li><li>ضمان مشاركة فريق السلامة في مرحلة المناقصات لجميع المشاريع.</li><li>إجراء افتحاصات السلامة الميدانية على السكان المستهدفين، إعداد تقارير التدقيق وتسليط الضوء على النتائج والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.</li><li>ضمان الامتثال للسلامة من قبل المقاولين والشركاء.</li><li>متابعة KPI السلامة بانتظام (تنفيذ استراتيجية السلامة، تدقيق السلامة، تدريبات السلامة) واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة عند الحاجة.</li></ul>المرشح المثالي<ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في السلامة المهنية، الصحة البيئية، الهندسة الكهربائية، أو ما يعادلها.</li><li>من 6 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة المتقدمة في أدوار السلامة، ويفضل في خدمات الميدانية أو البيئات الكهربائية.</li><li>شهادة NEBOSH IGC شرط أساسي (متطلب الحد الأدنى).</li><li>مدقق رئيسي معتمد ISO 45001 و ISO 14001.</li><li>مهارات تواصل وقيادة استثنائية، مع القدرة على التأثير وجذب أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.</li><li>مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية، مع تركيز على التحسين المستمر.</li><li>إتقان في نظم وأدوات إدارة HSE.</li><li>كفاءة عالية في السلامة الكهربائية، تحقيق الحوادث وتقييم المخاطر.</li><li>مبادرة ذاتية وقدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئات ديناميكية وسريعة الإيقاع.</li><li>خبرة في إدارة التغيير وتنسيق المشاريع والتعاون عبر الوظائف.</li><li>إثبات القدرة على التأثير والتفاوض وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة القوية.</li><li>مهارات اتخاذ القرار الفعالة، مع القدرة على أولوية الاحتياجات السلامة المتنافسة.</li><li>خبرة في إدارة مشاريع خدمات واسعة النطاق وبرامج إقليمية.</li><li>معرفة بإطارات التنظيم في الإمارات العربية المتحدة والخليج المتعلقة بـ HSE.</li><li>سجل حافل في استخدام نهج قائم على KPI لتحسين أداء السلامة.</li></ul>

We are looking for Environment, Health & Safety Lead Engineer to be accountable for conducting analyses of occupational hazards and health and environmental risks and prescribing the preventive or corrective measures, equipment, training and education necessary to ensure that the services team meets and/or exceeds the requirements of local regulations, standards and/or laws and company policies and procedures. Roles & Responsibilities<ul><li>Contribute in promote a strong safety culture among Gulf Services Team.</li><li>Develop and deliver safety training programs; Promote safety awareness through communication campaigns.</li><li>Help defining and providing induction training for new hires, partners and contractors.</li><li>Performs job hazard analysis to identify loss potential of our systems and processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Health &Safety regulations and keep up to date with applicable local, national, regional and international regulations.</li><li>Continuously review and update local standards, policies, and practices to ensure they remain current, aligned with company guidelines, and fully compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.</li><li>Assist with maintaining of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 program requirements and certification.</li><li>Manage incident investigations, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain required records, prepares reports and files as necessary to meet company and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ensure involvement of safety team in tendering stage for all projects.</li><li>Carry out safety site audits on targeted population, prepare audit reports highlighting findings, corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Ensure safety compliance from contractors and partners.</li><li>Follows safety KPI s (safety strategy implementation, safety audits, safety trainings) regularly and takes appropriate actions if needed.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Bachelor s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.</li><li>6 10 years of progressive experience in safety roles, ideally in field-services or electrical environments.</li><li>NEBOSH IGC certificate is a must (minimum requirement).</li><li>Certified lead auditor ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.</li><li>Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.</li><li>Proficiency in HSE management systems and tools.</li><li>Strong competency in electrical safety, incident investigation, and risk assessment.</li><li>Proactive and self-driven, with ability to operate effectively in dynamic and fast paced environments.</li><li>Experience in change management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and foster a strong safety culture.</li><li>Effective decision-making skills, with capability to prioritize competing safety needs.</li><li>Experience managing large-scale services operations projects and regional programs.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE and Gulf regulatory frameworks related to HSE.</li><li>Proven track record of using KPI-driven approaches to improve safety performance.</li></ul>
