Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Ensures LNG shipping operations are conducted in strict accordance with international maritime standards, and environmental regulations, particularly under International Maritime Organization (IMO) and EU regulatory bodies.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br> Minimum 10 years’ experience in Shipping operations preferably in the LNG<br><br>business.<br><br> Comprehensive understanding of LNG ship design, including Cargo containment<br><br>systems, propulsion technologies & gas burning capabilities, BOG reliquefaction<br><br>systems, and other emerging technologies in design and construction of LNG ships<br><br>and the regulatory framework that covers them.<br><br> Good understanding of the global Shipping Regulatory landscape and industry<br><br>standards related to LNG Shipping and a good understanding of various<br><br>consultative members’ role within such organizations.<br><br>Educational Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Marine, Engineering or<br><br>similar OR Class 1 Marine Certificate of Competency (Master Mariner/Chief<br><br>Engineer).
