<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p><strong>المسمى الوظيفي:</strong> مدير البناء الكهربائي – المحطة الفرعية</p><br><p><strong>الموقع:</strong> موقع المشروع (مرفق النفط والغاز)</p><br><p><strong>الخبرة المطلوبة:</strong> الحد الأدنى 15 عامًا</p><br><p><strong>ملخص العمل</strong></p><br><p>سيكون مدير البناء الكهربائي مسؤولاً عن التنفيذ والإشراف وتوصيل أعمال المحطة الفرعية ضمن مشروع النفط والغاز. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة قوية في المحطات الفرعية ذات الجهد العالي، والأنظمة الكهربائية، والتنسيق الميكانيكي والكهروميكانيكي ضمن بيئات النفط والغاز. سيضمن المرشح البناء الآمن وفي الوقت المحدد وبجودة مطابقة للمخططات والمواصفات والمعايير الصناعية.</p><br><p><strong>المسؤوليات الأساسية</strong></p><br><ul><li>قيادة وإدارة جميع أنشطة البناء الكهربائي المتعلقة بأعمال المحطات الفرعية (GIS/AIS، المحولات، الكابلات، أنظمة الحماية).</li><li>الإشراف على التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل للمعدات عالية الجهد (132 كV / 220 كV حسب التطبيق).</li><li>التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والتوريد والبناء لضمان تنفيذ سلس.</li><li>إدارة الواجهات عبر التخصصات (المدني، الميكانيكي، E&I، الاتصالات، ونظم MEP).</li><li>ضمان الامتثال للمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الدولية ومتطلبات العميل.</li><li>الإشراف على المقاولين من الباطن والموردين والفرق الميدانية للحفاظ على الإنتاجية والجودة.</li><li>مراقبة تقدم البناء مقابل الجدول الزمني وتنفيذ خطط التعافي عند الحاجة.</li><li>ضمان الالتزام الصارم بسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة في الموقع.</li><li>مراجعة واعتماد بيانات الطرق، وخطط الاستلام (ITP)، وطلبات المعلومات الفنية، والاستفسارات التقنية.</li><li>التنسيق مع العميل والمستشارين وأصحاب المصلحة للفحص والموافقات.</li><li>إدارة اللوجستيات الموقع، مناولة المواد، والحفاظ على المعدات الكهربائية.</li><li>دعم أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل بما في ذلك جاهزية التشغيل بالطاقة.</li><li>تحديد المخاطر، حل القضايا الفنية، وتقديم حلول عملية في الموقع.</li></ul><p><strong>المؤهلات والمهارات</strong></p><br><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.</li><li>خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في البناء الكهربائي، مع تعرض كبير لمشاريع النفط والغاز.</li><li>خبرة مثبتة في بناء المحطات الفرعية (GIS/AIS) وأنظمة الجهد العالي.</li><li>معرفة قوية بدمج أنظمة MEP ضمن مشاريع صناعية.</li><li>الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية (IEC، IEEE، NFPA) ومتطلبات المرافق.</li><li>يفضل الخبرة في مشاريع Brownfield وإدارة واجهات المحطة الحية.</li><li>مهارات قيادية وتواصل وإدارة فريق قوية.</li><li>القدرة على إدارة عدة مقاولين وأنشطة موقع معقدة.</li><li>إتقان في تخطيط المشاريع والتقارير وأدوات التنسيق.</li></ul><p><strong>الخبرة المفضلة</strong></p><br><ul><li>خبرة في مشاريع النفط والغاز الكبرى (مثل LNG، NGL، المصافي، المصانع البتروكيماوية).</li><li>التعرض لمعايير العملاء مثل قطر للطاقة، أدنوك، أرامكو، أو ما يماثلها.</li><li>خبرة عملية في تشغيل وتفعيل المحطات الفرعية.</li><li>خبرة في التعامل مع واجهات مزودي الخدمات الكهربائية وربط الشبكات.</li></ul><p><strong>الكفاءات الأساسية</strong></p><br><ul><li>القيادة واتخاذ القرار</li><li>إدارة الواجهات</li><li>حل المشكلات والخبرة الفنية</li><li>السلامة والجودة</li><li>إدارة أصحاب المصلحة</li><li><span>التخطيط والتفوق في التنفيذ</span></li></ul> </div>
