Position Overview The E-Commerce, Shopify, CRM, AI Integration & Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing Shopify product uploads, website updates, CRM/customer data, online stock accuracy, e-commerce workflow, customer segmentation, AI/Shopify tools, and coordination between physical stock and online sales. الهدف من الدور: امتلاك تقييم الوظائف وبُنية الأجر من البداية إلى النهاية. ستُحافظ على هيكل تقييم راتب صارم ومتوافق مع السوق، وتضمن المساواة الداخلية، وتقود قرارات المكافأة المعتمدة على البيانات من خلال وصف وظيفي واضح، حوكمة، وتقارير. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: تقييم الوظائف وبنية الوظائف قيادة وتطبيق تقييم الوظائف باستخدام Hay/Korn Ferry (أو ما شابه) لتحديد أحجام الأدوار وتعيين الدرجات. المحافظة على فهرس الوظائف، مصفوفة عائلة الوظائف، ومستويات المسار الوظيفي (المسميات، الشرائح، نقاط التحكم). مراجعة واعتماد تغييرات الوصف الوظيفي؛ عقد جلسات معايرة مع HRBPs والقادة. حماية المساواة الداخلية وتوحيد المستويات عبر الوظائف. تصميم الأجور والتسعير السوقي بناء وتحديث هياكل الرواتب (الحد الأدنى/المتوسط/الأقصى، فروقات النطاق، نقاط التحكم) حسب الدرجة والدولة. إجراء مقارنة السوق باستخدام استبيانات موثوقة؛ التوصية بحركات وتعديلات الرواتب. إجراء تحليلات نسبة المقارنة بالأجر، اختراق النطاق، ومساواة الأجور؛ اقتراح إجراءات مستهدفة. دورات المكافآت والحوكمة تصميم وتنفيذ دوائر الأداء/الزيادة، الترقيات، وأطر STI/LTI. صياغة، تحديث، وتطبيق سياسات C&B؛ إدارة تدفقات الاستثناء/الموافقة مع المالية والموارد البشرية. إعداد تكلفة ونمذجة سيناريو للتغييرات (أثر الميزانية، الحساسية). تخطيط القوى العاملة والميزانية التعاون مع FP&A/المالية بشأن ميزانيات القوى العاملة، سيناريوهات عدد الموظفين، وتحديثات تصميم المنظمة. تتبُّع الشواغر، والتعويضات العائدة، وتغييرات الهيكل؛ إبقاء مخططات المنظمة محدثة. HRIS، الرواتب وجودة البيانات تكوين/صيانة وحدات المكافآت SAP SuccessFactors/Workday/Oracle و مكونات الأجور. ضمان سلامة البيانات وتسهيل النقل إلى قسم الرواتب (البدلات، الفوارق، الأجور retro). التقارير والتحليلات توفير لوحات معلومات شهرية للمكافآت الإجمالية (عدد الموظفين، مزيج الأجور، نسبة المقارنة بالأجر، أجر النوع، معدل التكلفة). إنشاء تقارير مخصصة للقيادة ووثائق جاهزة للتدقيق. تمكين أصحاب المصلحة تدريب HRBPs ومديري الخط على منهجية JE، كتابة JD، وقرارات الأجور. دعم اتصالات التغيير لتحديثات الهيكل أو السياسات. المؤهلات بكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية/الأعمال/المالية؛ يضاف وجود ماجستير. 6–10+ سنوات في التعويض/المكافآت الإجمالية مع خبرة عملية عميقة في تقييم الوظائف. إثبات استخدام Hay/Korn Ferry (Mercer/Price/Points مقبول أيضًا). شهادات JE مفضلة. Excel متقدم (Pivot Tables، Power Query، XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH، SUMIFS)، Power BI/Tableau تُعَدُّ ميزة. خبرة في SuccessFactors/Workday/Oracle HRIS. قدرة تحليلية على سرد القصص؛ مهارات كتابة JD ممتازة. معرفة بقانون عمل دول الخليج/قطر وممارسات السوق الإقليمية. الطلاقة في الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية. مقاييس النجاح (KPIs): 100% من الأدوار لديها JD ودرجات حالية؛ تحقيق SLA لـ JE. فرق هيكل الرواتب ضمن النطاق المستهدف (مثلاً ±5% من المتوسط). إكمال في الوقت المحدد وخالٍ من الأخطاء لدوائر الأداء/الترقيات. تحسن سنوي في المساواة في الأجور والمساواة الداخلية. تغذية راجعة إيجابية من المدراء/HRBP (بعد الدورة). شهادات مميزة GRP / Worldat Work، CIPD المستوى 5/7، تقييم وظيفي Hay/KF.

Role Purpose Own the job evaluation and compensation architecture end-to-end. You’ll maintain a rigorous, market-aligned grading and salary structure, ensure internal equity, and power data-driven reward decisions through clean job descriptions, governance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Job Evaluation & Job Architecture Lead and administer Job Evaluation using Hay/Korn Ferry (or similar) to size roles and assign grades. Maintain the job catalogue, job family matrix, and career levels (titles, bands, control points). Review and approve JD changes; run calibration sessions with HRBPs and leaders. Safeguard internal equity and consistent leveling across functions. Compensation Design & Market Pricing Build and refresh salary structures (min/mid/max, range spreads, control points) by grade and country. Conduct market benchmarking using reputable surveys; recommend salary movements and adjustments. Run compa-ratio, range penetration, and pay equity analyses; propose targeted actions. Rewards Cycles & Governance Design and execute merit/increment cycles, promotions, and STI/LTI frameworks. Draft, update, and enforce C&B policies; manage exception/approval workflows with Finance & HR. Prepare costing and scenario modeling for changes (budget impact, sensitivity). Workforce Planning & Budgeting Partner with FP&A/Finance on manpower budgets, headcount scenarios, and org design updates. Track vacancies, backfills, and structure changes; keep org charts current. HRIS, Payroll & Data Quality Configure/maintain SAP Success Factors/Workday/Oracle reward modules and pay components. Ensure data integrity and seamless handoff to Payroll (allowances, differentials, retro pay). Reporting & Analytics Deliver monthly Total Rewards dashboards (headcount, pay mix, compa-ratio, gender pay, cost run-rate). Create ad-hoc reports for leadership and audit-ready documentation. Stakeholder Enablement Train HRBPs and line managers on JE methodology, JD writing, and pay decisions. Support change communications for structure or policy updates. Qualifications Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Finance; Master’s is a plus.6–10+ years in Compensation/Total Rewards with deep hands-on Job Evaluation. Proven use of Hay/Korn Ferry (Mercer/Price/Points also valued). JE certification preferred. Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS), Power BI/Tableau nice-to-have. Experience with Success Factors/Workday/Oracle HRIS. Strong analytical storytelling; excellent written JD skills. Knowledge of GCC/Qatar labor law and regional market practices. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. Success Metrics (KPIs)100% roles with current JD + grade; JE SLAs met. Salary structure market variance within target (e.g., ±5% of median). On-time, error-free completion of merit/promotions. Year-over-year improvement in pay equity and internal equity indicators. Positive manager/HRBP feedback (post-cycle NPS).
