POSITION OVERVIEW<br>The Data Center Technical Manager is a senior engineering role within UCC Holding's Power & Digital delivery division. The role is responsible for the end-to-end technical integrity of data center projects from front-end definition through to construction handover, ensuring that power, cooling, civil, and ICT systems are designed to hyperscale and colocation standards and are fully constructable and operable at commissioning. التحكم في الملفات الأصلية والتحميل، بمساعدة موظفي RIM، للمعلومات ذات الصلة إلى نظام إدارة البيانات الإلكتروني للشركة (ECM) لضمان توفر المعلومات الصحيحة للأشخاص المعنيين في جميع الأوقات.

جمع البيانات
قم بزيارات ميدانية وتنسيق مع الأفراد/الأقسام المعنية من أجل جمع معلومات كما-بنيت حول الأنابيب والقياسات، وتفاصيل المعدات، ودعائم الأنابيب الهيكلية
الإعداد والتحديث للرسومات
إعداد خطة المخطط، الخطة الرئيسية، رسومات الترتيب العام، الإيزومتريكس، مخططات الأنابيب والقياس (P&IDs)، رسومات دعم الأنابيب أو أي رسومات أخرى،
إعداد رسومات هيكلية للتجهيز/الأنابيب بما في ذلك MTO وBOM ورسومات MOC، بما يتماشى مع معايير الرسم بالشركة.
أداء مسوحات الميدان وإعداد رسومات كما-بنيت وفق قياسات الموقع.
تحديث رسومات المصنع كجزء من عملية إدارة التغيير (MOC).
إجراء فحوصات جودة على الرسومات المعدة داخلياً أو خارجياً
التحقق من الاتساق بين رسومات الهندسة وقواعد بيانات المصنع (أرقام العلامة، معرّفات المعدات، مراجع الخطوط) وتصعيد أي تفاوتات.
التحكم في دمج رسومات الموردين في وثائق المصنع لضمان الاتساق مع التصميم والمعايير القائمة.
ضمان جاهزية الرسومات قبل تنفيذ التفريغ/الت turnaround من خلال تحديد الرسومات القديمة أو المفقودة.
دعم التوافق بين رسومات الهندسة وأنظمة إدارة الأصول.
ضمان الالتقاط الصحيح، والمتابعة، ودمج التوقيعات الميدانية في الرسومات النهائية مع قابلية التتبع الكاملة.
الحفاظ على تتبع حالة الرسمة (مسودة، قيد المراجعة، معتمدة، كما-بنيت) والإبلاغ عن التحديثات المتأخرة.
نشر المعلومات
التحكم في الملفات الأصلية والتحميل، بمساعدة موظفي معلومات الإدارة RIM، للمعلومات ذات الصلة إلى نظام إدارة البيانات الإلكتروني لدى الشركة لضمان توفير المعلومات الصحيحة للأشخاص المناسبين في جميع الأوقات.
السياسات والأنظمة والعمليات والإجراءات
المساهمة في تحديد فرص للتحسين المستمر للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات من أجل زيادة الإنتاجية والكفاءة التشغيلية.
تطبيق جميع السياسات والعمليات والإجراءات والتعليمات ذات الصلة بقسم المشاريع بحيث يتم العمل بصورة مضبوطة ومتسقة.
الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة
ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية ولإجراءات وسياسات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والأمن والسلامة البيئية المرتبطة بقطاع المشاريع لضمان سلامة العاملين والتسليم عالي الجودة للمنتجات/الخدمات.
التقارير
المساهمة في إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لتلبية متطلبات وقواعد القسم.
التقاط ونقل الدروس المستفادة المتعلقة بأخطاء الرسومات والتعديلات والمشكلات الميدانية.
التقطير الوطني (قطرنة)

التعليم

الخبرة
المطلوب: 3-5 سنوات خبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز.
