POSITION OVERVIEW<br>The Data Center Technical Manager is a senior engineering role within UCC Holding's Power & Digital delivery division. The role is responsible for the end-to-end technical integrity of data center projects from front-end definition through to construction handover, ensuring that power, cooling, civil, and ICT systems are designed to hyperscale and colocation standards and are fully constructable and operable at commissioning. <p>الغرض من الوظيفة جمع المعلومات ذات الصلة حول معدات المصانع والأنابيب والمنصات وتحضير رسومات/مخططات دقيقة باستخدام برامج التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد بمساعدة الحاسوب والرسم ثنائي الأبعاد (ويُفضل، لكن ليس محدوداً، PDS/SP3D، Microstation E3D، AutoCAD، وSPPID) للمساعدة في التواصل البصري حول وظائف المصانع/التصميم، فواتير المواد (BOM)، وإدارة التغيير (MOC). المسؤوليات الأساسية جمع البيانات أداء زيارات الموقع والتنسيق مع الأفراد/الأقسام المعنية لجمع معلومات كما-بُنيت حول الأنابيب والقياسات والمعدات والدعائم البلاطات الهيكلية الإعداد وتحديث الرسومات إعداد مخطط التخطيط، الخريطة الأساسية، رسومات الترتيب العام، الإسومتريكس، مخططات الأنابيب والقياسات (P&IDs)، رسومات دعم الأنابيب أو أي رسومات أخرى، إعداد رسومات الدعائم الهيكلية للمعدات/الأنابيب بما في ذلك MTO وBOM ورسوم MOC، بما يتوافق مع معايير الرسم الخاصة بالشركة. إجراء مسوح الموقع وإعداد رسومات as-built وفقاً لمقاسات الموقع. تحديث رسومات المصنع كجزء من عملية إدارة التغيير (MOC). أداء فحوصات الجودة على الرسومات المجهزة داخلياً أو خارجياً التحقق من التناسق بين رسومات الهندسة وقواعد بيانات المصنع (أرقام العلامات، معرّفات المعدات، مراجع الخطوط) وتوثيق أي اختلافات. التحكم في تكامل رسومات الموردين ضمن توثيق المصنع لضمان الاتساق مع تصميم المصنع الحالي والمعايير. ضمان جاهزية الرسم قبل تنفيذ الت turnaround (TA) من خلال تحديد الرسومات القديمة أو المفقودة. دعم التوافق بين رسومات الهندسة وأنظمة إدارة الأصول. ضمان الالتقاط الصحيح والتتبع ودمج التعديلات الميدانية في الرسومات النهائية مع إمكانية التتبع الكامل. الحفاظ على تتبع حالة الرسم (مسودة، قيد المراجعة، معتمد، كما-بُني) وتقرير التحديثات المتأخرة. نشر المعلومات التحكم في الملفات الأصلية والتحميل، بمساعدة موظفي RIM، للمعلومات ذات الصلة إلى نظام إدارة البيانات الإلكتروني للشركة (ECM) لضمان توفر المعلومات الصحيحة للأشخاص المعنيين في جميع الأوقات. السياسات والأنظمة والعمليات والإجراءات المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات بهدف زيادة الإنتاجية والكفاءة التشغيلية. تنفيذ جميع السياسات والعمليات والإجراءات والتعليمات ذات الصلة بقسم المشاريع بحيث يتم العمل بصورة محكومة ومتسقة. الجودة والصحة والأمن والسلامة والبيئة ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية والإجراءات ذات الصلة بالجودة والصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة عبر قسم المشاريع لضمان سلامة الموظفين وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة. التقارير المساهمة في إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لتلبية متطلبات القسم، السياسات والمعايير. التقاط ونقل دروس مستفادة تتعلق بأخطاء الرسومات والتحديثات والمشاكل الميدانية. التقطير القطري المساهمة في تطوير الموظفين القطريين. هذا المحور ينطبق فقط على الموظفين الوافدين</p><p>المؤهلات والخبرة التعليم مطلوب: دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية/الهندسة المدنية/الهندسة الكهربائية والقياسية. يفضل: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية/الهندسة المدنية/الهندسة الكهربائية والقياسية. الخبرة مطلوب: 3-5 سنوات خبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز. يفضل: خبرة في صناعة البتروكيماويات.</p>
