Security Rounds: Conduct regular security rounds of the plant, checking for unauthorized personnel or security breaches (this is part of normal structured round check). Safety Check: Conduct a thorough safety inspection of the assigned area, including equipment, PPE, and emergency exits. Ensure all safety signage is visible and up-to-date. Emergency Response Respond to emergencies, such as equipment failures, fires, or spills. PTW System Issuing, reviewing, or verifying the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for maintenance and operational activities. Equipment Line Up / LOTO Perform LOTO, changeover or shutdown equipment.
