Qualification<br><br>B. Sc. or equivalent in an Engineering Discipline. Preferably Certified PMP or equivalent certifications/memberships.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 15 years’ experience in planning of projects in Oil & Gas. Preferably minimum 5 years’ experience in National Oil Companies and/or International Oil Companies. Experience includes project planning, scheduling & phasing, project control & monitoring, forecasting, trending, risk assessment, variations/claims analysis, progress verification. High level of computer literacy with MS Office and relevant Project Control software including Primavera. Skills in Primavera Risk Analysis and Power BI are preferable. Work experience in the GCC is desirable. Well-developed analytical and reporting skills.<br><br>Primary Duties And Responsibilities<br><br>Develop and maintain Project Master Plans and Schedules for all Project Phases and Stage Gates throughout the Project Lifecycle from Initiation to Close-out. Provide planning input to other Gate deliverables including Project Execution Plan (PEP), Risk Management Plan & Risk Register, and Change Management Plan. Plan and Monitor project close-outactivities, provide input for the finalization of Close-out Report of the project. Perform Project Planning including Scheduling, Monitoring, Forecasting, and Progress Reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis through various Management reports. Maintain Project Builder data in SAP to facilitate group reporting and analysis. Job Summary We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer (Arabic Speaker) to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and AI application development, with the ability to convert business requirements into scalable and production-ready AI solutions.<br>The candidate should be comfortable working across the AI development lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to deployment, monitoring, optimization, and integration with existing enterprise systems.<br>Please note that we are only considering Arabic-speaking candidates for this role.<br>Key Responsibilities Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for business applications. Develop AI solutions using Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks. Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Develop and integrate AI-powered applications, APIs, and services. Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and LLM orchestration. Work with frameworks such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, or equivalent. Integrate commercial and open-source AI models through APIs and model-serving platforms. Build data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for AI/ML models. Evaluate model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost, and continuously optimize AI solutions. Deploy AI/ML models in cloud or on-premises environments. Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders. Implement appropriate security, governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. Troubleshoot and improve production AI applications and models. Job Summary<br><br>This role is part of the Business or Office Systems Group comprising of Systems Analysts. The primary responsibility is to analyse the business needs to help identify business problems and propose solutions. They should work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.<br><br>The Senior IT Systems Analyst should be able to run internal IT projects and play a significant role in major IT related projects by safeguarding the standards for Project Management, Change Management, documentation, training, and quality of the projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to, and deadlines met.<br><br>They should follow standard software operations/development methodology. He / She reviews and approves system specifications, programming, and technical analysis for his / her team. He / She takes responsibility for his / her team’s project work schedule. He / She translates business requirements into clearly defined project outlines and plans and participates in the functional and technical support activities as necessary.<br><br>Coordination with the subordinates is required on special projects, and other functional / technical support activities.
