<p>We are seeking a skilled Plant & Machinery Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment including cranes, excavators, and generators. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components of construction and marine machinery. <p>نحن نبحث عن فني HVAC ماهر للتركيب والتشغيل والصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء للمبانٍ السكنية أو التجارية أو الصناعية. يضمن الدور أن تعمل أنظمة HVAC بكفاءة وبسلامة وبما يتوافق مع مواصفات المشروع والمعايير المعمول بها. دورك: تركيب واختبار وتكليف وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة HVAC بما في ذلك: المُبردات، وحدات الهواء القَسْمية AHUs، وحدات التكييف DX، أنظمة VRF/VRV، الوحدات المفصّلة والمتعددة، أنظمة العادم والتهوية. إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفق الجداول. تشخيص أعطال النظام واستكشاف المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتحكم. قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمخططات والدلائل الفنية. ضمان تعبئة مبرد الاختبار، واختبار الضغط، والتفريغ، والكشف عن التسرب بشكل صحيح. مراقبة أداء النظام وتقديم توصيات للتحسين من حيث الكفاءة. الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، واللوائح المحلية، ومتطلبات جودة المشروع. الحفاظ على تقارير الخدمة وسجلات الصيانة والتوثيق. التنسيق مع المشرفين والمهندسين والعمال الآخرين عند الحاجة. الاستجابة لحالات الانهيار الطارئ عند الطلب.</p><p><strong>الملف الوظيفي المرغوب</strong></p><p>دبلوم/ITI في HVAC، الهندسة الميكانيكية، التبريد وتكييف الهواء، أو ما يعادلها. خبرة عملية في HVAC لا تقل عن 3–7 سنوات (مشروعات/مرافق). معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التحكم. يفضل الخبرة في مشاريع الخليج/الإمارات. الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية (ASHRAE، SMACNA، CIBSE مفضل). المهارات والكفاءات: تركيب HVAC، الاختبار والتكليف. الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية. تشخيص الأعطال واستكشاف المشكلات. المعرفة بمسببات المبردات وإجراءات التعامل معها. القدرة على العمل من الرسومات وطرق العمل. معرفة أساسية بالكهرباء ولوحة التحكم. مهارات تواصل والعمل الجماعي جيدة.</p>
