<p>تدعم Guildhall حالياً شركة هندسية رائدة في الدوحة، قطر في مشاريع بنية تحتية رئيسية على الطرق وإدارة أصول الرصفة. نحن حالياً نبحث عن مهندس جمع/معالجة بيانات الرصفة ذو خبرة لينضم إلى فريقهم المتنامي. هذا دور رئيسي مسؤول عن معالجة والتحقق من جودة بيانات حالة الرصفة مع ضمان أعلى معايير الدقة والامتثال والتميز الفني عبر مشاريع مسح الرصف.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- معالجة والتحقق من صحة وتحليل بيانات حالة الرصفة المجمّعة من أنظمة المسح الآلي، مع ضمان الدقة والاتساق والامتثال لمواصفات المشروع.
- إجراء مراجعات QA/QC لبيانات الرصفة، وتحديد الت discrepancies، وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية، والحفاظ على وثائق عالية الجودة طوال تسليم المشروع.
- إجراء تقييمات حالة الرصفة، وتقييم أضرار الرصفة، ودعم إدارة أصول الرصفة وفقاً لمعايير ASTM D6433، LTPP، وPCI.
- استخدام LCMS-2، ROMDAS، Data View، PMS، ومنصات GIS (ArcGIS/QGIS) لمعالجة وإدارة وتصور بيانات مسح الرصفة.

Mindrift is looking for skilled Full-Stack Web App Developers (Java Script/Type Script + Python or Node) to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) and build interactive browser-based applications for real-world use cases.<br><br>In this role, you'll apply your full-stack engineering expertise to design, build, and maintain functional, robust, and user-friendly web applications. As a Full-Stack Web App Developer, you'll design, build, and refine browser-based applications with real logic, state, persistence, and user input — from habit trackers and budgeting tools to internal dashboards, mini-Saa S tools, and AI-powered apps. We are looking for specialists who can confidently work across frontend, backend, databases, and APIs, design robust application logic, and build production-ready web applications.
