JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVEManage and ensure the successful execution of projects. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate and control the project progress versus the original schedule and address any variances and problems and propose remedial actions.<br>Project Cost and Data Analysis Work closely with Projects estimators, project managers, project engineers and other stakeholders to support estimate project costs, including labour, materials, equipment, and other expenses. Responsible for developing and managing the projects budgets, tracking, and monitoring costs throughout the project's lifecycle. Responsible to keep the projects budget forecast updated throughout the project's lifecycle. Prepare the yearly & quarterly budget for projects. Responsible for developing and monitoring the department budget. Manage and control projects’ costs, including forecasting, and spend tracking and work closely with project engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that budgets are met as per the planned WBS and cost overruns are identified and addressed. Analyse project performance data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement and use this information to make recommendations to Project managers, project engineers and other stakeholders. Update the individual master cost control sheet for Major Projects and keep their financial data accurate through all project phases. Review of projects invoices and validate the progress. Analyse EOT (Extension of Time) claims and change order and assess their impact on schedule. Support Project managers, project engineers and other stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Monitor the project for any unforeseen risks and propose corrective actions if necessary. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies by monitoring and assessing risk impacts on project objectives and work with stakeholders to implement risk response measures. Assess and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget. This involves evaluating change requests, analysing their impact, and making recommendations for approval or alternative solutions. Implement quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Identify lessons learned from projects and recommending improvements for future projects. Manage and control of IM/PS modules in SAP S4 Hana through all project phases and from creating the Investment Program until financial close out.<br>Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures Identify the opportunities for the continuous improvement of Projects systems, policies, processes, and practices.
