The company is committed to quality, innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on delivering customized solutions that meet international standards and operational requirements.<br>About the Role The Product Development & Design Expert will lead product development and design activities, ensuring successful product delivery and continuous improvement.<br>Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting. Identify customer needs and translate them into product opportunities. Define product requirements, specifications, and development roadmaps. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and business teams to ensure product success. Develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives and user expectations.<br>Product Design & User Experience Create user-centered product designs, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Improve product usability, functionality, and customer experience. Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback into product improvements. Ensure consistency in product design standards and brand identity. Apply design thinking methodologies and UX/UI best practices.<br>Project Management Manage timelines, deliverables, and development milestones. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during product execution. Monitor project budgets, resources, and product quality standards. Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and industry requirements.<br>Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay updated on emerging technologies, materials, tools, and market trends. Recommend enhancements to existing products and processes. Drive innovation initiatives and contribute to long-term product strategy. Participate and monitor in performance evaluations, including appraisals, KPI assessments, and development planning with team members within the department. Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, UX/UI Design, Business, or related field.
