<p>We are seeking a Cost Control Engineer for a construction company in Qatar.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential and commercial building projects and will be skilled in cost organization, quantity review, BOQ preparation, and project budget monitoring.</p><p>Main Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Preparation and review of BOQ and Quantity Takeoff.</li><li>Review of quantities for concrete, steel, blocks, plaster, finishes, and MEP according to drawings.</li><li>Preparation and review of contractor and supplier invoices.</li><li>Monitoring project costs and comparing them with the budget.</li><li>Generating weekly and monthly cost reports for management.</li><li>Reviewing price proposals and comparing them.</li><li>Coordinating with site engineers, accountants, and suppliers.</li><li>Organizing and maintaining all cost and quantity documentation.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in building projects.</li><li>Experience within Qatar or the Gulf is preferred.</li><li>Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and MEP.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and cost management software.</li><li>Ability to work in an organized manner and provide clear reports to management.</li><li>Preferred candidates with experience in contractor contracts and invoicing.</li></ul><p>Please send your CV with the following details:</p><ul><li>Years of experience</li><li>Previous projects</li><li>Expected salary</li><li>Availability date</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

<p>A Civil Site Engineer is required for a construction company in Qatar.</p><p>We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with practical experience in executing residential and commercial building projects, who can manage the site daily, monitor workers and contractors, coordinate with the consultant, and ensure the execution of works according to the drawings and specifications.</p><p>Main Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Monitor daily site operations.</li><li>Read and implement architectural and structural drawings on-site.</li><li>Follow up on excavation, foundations, insulation, steel, concrete, block, plaster, and finishing works.</li><li>Coordinate with the consultant before inspections and pouring.</li><li>Prepare Inspection Requests (IR) and pouring requests.</li><li>Monitor quality and safety on-site.</li><li>Submit daily reports to management with photos and notes.</li><li>Coordinate labor, contractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Ensure no discrepancies between drawings and reality on-site.</li><li>Notify management early of any delays, technical issues, or additional costs.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in building projects.</li><li>Experience in Qatar or the Gulf is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings.</li><li>Good knowledge of inspection procedures with the consultant.</li><li>Able to manage labor and foremen on-site.</li><li>Capable of preparing clear daily reports.</li><li>Strong, organized personality capable of handling site pressure.</li></ul><p>Please send your CV mentioning:</p><ul><li>Years of experience</li><li>Previous projects</li><li>Expected salary</li><li>Date of availability</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Responsible for environmental engineering and compliance activities associated with onshore greenfield and brownfield project scopes. Provides technical input across detailed engineering design, procurement, installation, construction, and commissioning of onshore facilities to ensure full adherence to applicable environmental standards and regulatory requirements, particularly for power generation & associated projects.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in environmental engineering within the power generation industry, either with a power generation company or as part of a consultant/contractor team, preferably on major greenfield projects. Experience managing and coordinating environmental interfaces with third parties and external authorities. Experience developing and endorsing environmental/HSE specifications and participating in HSE/Environmental studies such as HAZID, EIA, ENVID, HIRA, and dispersion/modelling studies. Strong knowledge of international environmental regulations, industry best practices, and company specifications/standards. Experience developing and reviewing Operational or Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP), Waste Management Plans (WMP), Oil Spill Prevention and Response Plans, and related environmental procedures. Familiarity with environmental impact assessment of process systems during drilling, construction, transportation, installation, commissioning, operation, and decommissioning. Experience assessing environmental risks related to decommissioning, abandonment, and demolition of existing facilities. Strong communication, presentation, and conflict management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining oversight of critical technical issues and risks. Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Deliver technical design and engineering services in Electrical Engineering for all assigned projects, leveraging deep expertise and hands-on experience with electrical systems in large-scale Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plants. Ensure technical excellence and compliance with Qatar Energy standards, while maintaining quality, schedule, cost efficiency, and adherence to HSE requirements.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Expertise in electrical systems for CCGT power plants, including design, operation, and integration. Proven experience with high-voltage systems up to 400 k V and large-scale power plant projects. Collaboration with major OEMs (Siemens, GE, MHI) for gas and steam turbine integration. Skilled in specifying large transformers (>500 MVA) and generator circuit breakers (22–24 k V). Strong knowledge of auxiliary systems: DC/AC UPS, EDG, bus ducts, capacitor banks, lighting, earthing, cable routing, and small power. Comprehensive understanding of grid codes (KAHRAMAA preferred): power control, synchronization, stability, fault ride-through, island operation, and compliance testing. Familiarity with operational states, black start design, and RMS/EMT power system studies. Proficient in protection/control schemes, tariff metering, and SCADA systems. Knowledge of PPAs and technical implications. Expertise in lightning protection (IEEE 998, IEC 62305) and 400 k V overhead line/cable systems, including transient analysis (IEC 60071), cable bonding (IEEE 575), and reactor design. Experience with SAFOP, RAM analysis, ECM/EMI studies. Ability to lead design reviews and technical workshops independently.<br><br>Educational Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering. Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale power plant projects. Familiarity with KAHRAMAA grid code and international standards. Strong leadership and communication skills.
