Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to administer, maintain, secure, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, business continuity, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system administration, backup and disaster recovery, enterprise storage, virtualization, ITSM platforms, infrastructure monitoring, and database administration. Investigate incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Coordinate with infrastructure, database, network, and application teams. Resolve incidents within SLA targets. Support Problem Management and Change Management processes. ITSM Platform Administration Administer and maintain BMC Helix ITSM.
