<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior O&M Engineer / Coordinator with 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in water and wastewater treatment operations. In this role, you will oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of critical water systems, including Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, and Medical Ultrapure Water Treatment plants.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical excellence and client relationship management—ensuring strict adherence to contractual deliverables, managing resources efficiently, and driving business growth through outstanding customer service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Contractual Management
• O&M Planning: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive O&M plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Contract Compliance: Thoroughly identify, monitor, and deliver all contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The role will support resolution of non-conformances and technical issues, coordinate with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and utility authorities, and monitor compliance with project quality, HSE, programme, and KPI requirements. </span></span></p><br><p><span><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </span></span></p><br><ul><li><span><span>Assist the Package Lead in performing the construction duties on site. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Lead and coordinate technical reviews and construction supervision activities for roads, civil infrastructure, drainage, and underground services. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Review infrastructure design submissions, shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, RFIs, and technical queries. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Review geometric road design, pavement design and rehabilitation, internal road networks, access roads, road cross-sections, grading, traffic management, and road safety requirements. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Review and coordinate potable water, fire water, sewerage, foul drainage, stormwater, irrigation, electrical duct bank, cable corridor, and telecommunications networks. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Review utility corridors, service crossings, utility diversions, and interfaces with existing and proposed infrastructure. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Review site grading, earthworks, surface-water management, and flood-mitigation requirements. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews, utility interfaces, and clash-resolution activities. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Conduct site inspections and verify that construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Review contractor progress records, inspection records, quality documentation, and testing results. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Support the identification, resolution, and close-out of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and other technical issues. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Liaise with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and relevant utility authorities regarding technical requirements and approvals. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Monitor compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, HSE requirements, and project KPIs. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Review as-built drawings, operation and maintenance information, and close-out documentation. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Support package management, progress monitoring, and technical reporting. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Join a team that values knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and professional excellence.</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><strong>Experience & Qualifications</strong></span></span></p><br><p><span><span> Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. </span></span></p><br><ul><li><span><span>MME/UPDA registration in Qatar preferred. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Professional membership with ICE, ASCE, CIHT, or an equivalent professional institution is desirable. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Minimum 12 years of overall experience in civil and infrastructure engineering. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, review, construction supervision, or PMC delivery of infrastructure projects. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Proven experience in roads and highways design, utility corridor planning, underground services coordination, drainage and stormwater systems, and infrastructure development projects. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience in Qatar or GCC projects is strongly preferred. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications, Ashghal infrastructure design requirements, Kahramaa requirements, and applicable international road and utility standards. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D;
