FM Engineer - Electromechanical<br>Language Requirements• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is necessary.<br>Education• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.• Master's Degree or Diploma is an advantage.<br>Experience•Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Maintenance.•At least 3 years of experience managing similar FM operations/projects within the GCC region.•Experience in educational facilities, commercial buildings, or similar environments is preferred.<br>Technical Competencies•Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including:o Electrical Systemso Control Systemso ELV Systemso Building Management Systems (BMS)<br>• Familiarity with building maintenance standards and regulations applicable in Qatar.•Sound knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems and regulations.
