<li>Participate in painting, coating, insulation, and fireproofing subcontractor pre-qualification audits, assessing technical capabilities, personnel qualifications, quality management systems, equipment availability, and past project performance</li>
<li>Coordinate inspection activities with contractors, subcontractors, third-party inspectors, and client representatives to ensure timely execution of inspection and testing requirements</li>
<li>Review and validate inspection reports, test records, calibration certificates, material certificates, and quality dossiers to ensure completeness and compliance with project requirements</li>

<p>We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer with at least 6 years of professional experience building and shipping production software end-to-end. You will own features across the entire stack from mobile and web front ends, through APIs and server-side logic, to cloud infrastructure and third-party integrations. You will work on real, high-traffic systems that power a consumer mobile app and its companion admin/web portal, including event-driven media pipelines, analytics tracking, and cloud-native services.
