We are seeking a highly experienced and professional House Manager / Residential Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious VIP family residence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the household, managing domestic staff, maintaining the highest standards of service, coordinating household budgets, supervising vendors and contractors, and ensuring complete confidentiality and discretion at all times. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with prior experience managing luxury residences, palaces, royal households, UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) families, or VIP estates.

Key Responsibilities Household Operations Management Oversee all daily operations of the residence to ensure seamless functioning. Establish and maintain luxury hospitality and housekeeping standards. Develop household policies, procedures, and service protocols. Ensure the residence is always maintained in immaculate condition. Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the property. Staff Management Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate household staff. Manage schedules, attendance, leave plans, and performance reviews. Coordinate activities of housekeepers, drivers, chefs, butlers, security personnel, gardeners, maintenance staff, and other domestic employees. Foster a professional, respectful, and efficient working environment. Budget & Financial Administration Prepare and manage household operating budgets. Monitor household expenditures and procurement activities. Maintain records of expenses, inventories, and service contracts. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers. Property & Asset Management Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the residence. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and improvement projects. Manage household inventories, valuable assets, furnishings, artwork, and luxury items. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance records are maintained. Vendor & Contractor Management Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Evaluate service quality and ensure compliance with agreed standards. Monitor project timelines and budgets. Event & Guest Management Coordinate family events, private functions, and VIP gatherings. Ensure exceptional hospitality standards for guests and visitors. Manage logistics, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements when required. Security & Confidentiality Coordinate closely with security personnel regarding residence operations. Ensure strict confidentiality regarding family matters, schedules, and personal information. Implement and maintain privacy and security protocols. Travel & Lifestyle Coordination Assist with travel planning and logistics for family members. Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and itinerary requirements. Manage special requests and lifestyle-related services. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with local regulations and household policies. Maintain health, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures. Conduct periodic risk assessments and safety inspections. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 8–15 years of experience managing luxury residences, VIP households, palaces, royal families, or UHNW estates. Proven experience managing large teams of domestic staff. Strong knowledge of luxury household operations and hospitality standards. Experience in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
