Should combine strong office management skills with a deep understanding of natural stone production processes, CAD drawing, project management, along with very good communication skills to manage the stakeholders. (Client, Production, installation & Admin)<br>Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership & Coordination:Manage the Drafting/Estimating Team: Oversee the team responsible for creating Shop Drawings, CAD designs, and technical specifications for marble cutting and CNC machining. Project Management: Track project timelines from initial field templating to final site installation, ensuring all departments stay on schedule. Quality Assurance: Review technical drawings and specifications against client requirements to ensure accuracy before slabs are sent to the fabrication floor. The <strong>Munitions Operations Technician</strong> performs all munitions accountability, inventory actions to include historical records in accordance with AFMAN 21-200, DAFMAN 21-201 and 11A-1-10 and other applicable tech data. Operates Theater Integrated Combat Munitions Systems (TICMS). <p>The Rectification Controller reports to the Forward Maintenance Manager and is a skilled maintenance technician undertaking a range reporting tasks prioritizing and allocating manpower. At this level, the post holder requires an excellent understanding of the Typhoon aircraft systems and reporting processes. The post holder will be responsible for accurate maintenance and updating of ESS State Board progressing estimates and forecasts of aircraft recovery times. Briefing the Part M organization on the state of the Typhoon fleet and the recovery actions.</p><p>Core Activity:</p><ul><li>Provide effective leadership and supervision to team members under your direct supervision</li><li>Ensuring that all maintenance activities are appropriately recorded and airworthiness records are maintained on relevant systems</li><li>Perform Rectifications Control tasking: Accurate maintenance and updating of ESS State Board progressing estimates and forecasts of aircraft recovery times</li><li>Briefing squadron authorised pilot regarding aircraft limitations</li><li>Undertake and complete tasked maintenance & diagnostic activities on an aircraft or components which may include, as appropriate, aircraft ground handling, flight servicing, aircraft role changes, component removals, inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications, replacements and/or functional/system test</li><li>Supervise team to ensure that maintenance is undertaken to schedule and highlight any issues, escalate as required.</li><li>Report on any impact to the wider programme</li><li>Demonstrate a flexible and proactive attitude to carrying out Apprenticeship (including a City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 or equivalent), ideally in Aeronautical Engineering and / or a recognised Engineering Degree from either aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic or other studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft</li><li>Requires a minimum of 2 years working at Supervisor level prior to undertaking this role</li><li>On the Job Training Instructional Techniques</li><li>5 years practical experience applying aviation safety standards and operating practices.</li><li>2 years relevant work experience as <p><strong>Guest Satisfaction:</strong> Ensure the delivery of brand promise, demonstrating and reinforcing Rosewood Hotels Group Culture and Brand Standard. Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to associates in other divisions as appropriate. Spends time in public areas observing associate-guest interaction and talking with guests, works through Department Heads to coach associates in guest service skills as necessary. Ensure that the bar is running efficiently, including the correct stock levels for all areas, including the front and back of the house. Communicate on the performance of the business in an ongoing fashion, including the successes, concerns, and any issues or requirements for support. Manage all areas of business and T&C administration as required as assigned to you by the DOFB/ADOFB/Beverage Manager, ensuring all Rosewood policies are adhered to and upheld, including, but not restricted to; Associate reviews, return to work forms, holiday forms, stocktaking, disciplinary paperwork. To ensure that all departments within your control are operating to appropriate manpower/productivity ratios as agreed with the DOFB/ADOFB/Beverage Manager. Monitor actual and projected sales on a daily basis. Review meal period covers, room capture ratios and average check to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded. Identifies and addresses opportunities as needed. Manage incentive programs for upselling and marketing promotions.</p><p><strong>Marketing:</strong> Fully operate within the Marketing & Communications parameters and fully support any marketing campaign set up to promote the bar.</p><p><strong>Operations:</strong> To have a full working knowledge of the bar floor plan / layout and all F&B offers. Mentor associates as assigned to you, following all correct training procedures and standards. Monitor associate development on the floor identifying training needs and any areas of concern. To ensure all associates are developing within the departmental training program. To ensure effective communication throughout the restaurant at all times. To take responsibility for correcting poor performance and taking disciplinary action in line with T&C guidelines and regulations. Adjust schedules during the week to meet demands. Organizing monthly team meeting and Daily Calling every day. Ensure all bar closing tasks are completed before the bar team leaves the restaurant. Feedback the results of the Sense of Engagement Survey and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented. Run and interpret department reports as necessary. Monitor bar maintenance and report any issues and repairs that may need to be carried out. Oversee the punctuality and appearance of all Food and Beverage associates, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department s grooming standards.</p>

Collect logs, monitoring information, decisions, impact details, timelines, and supporting evidence for major-incident reports, post-incident reviews, customer reporting, and audits; document lessons learned and track actions.
Identify and register problem candidates from major and recurring incidents, trend and monitoring data, failed changes, post-release issues, supplier performance, availability or capacity concerns, and known operational risks.
Support structured root-cause analysis using approved techniques, document causes and contributing factors, and track corrective and preventive actions to verified closure.
Maintain problem backlogs, known errors, workarounds, temporary fixes, permanent-resolution actions, owners, target dates, risks, dependencies, and links among incident, problem, change, knowledge, supplier, service, and configuration-item records.
Ensure verified workarounds and known errors are published to service desk and support teams, remain current, and are used to improve first-line resolution.
Produce operational reports and dashboards covering incident trends, SLA performance, response and restoration times, backlog age, reopen rate, major and repeat incidents, problem status, known-error age, and action closure.
Prepare meeting packs, minutes, decision records, and action logs for major-incident reviews, problem reviews, backlog meetings, supplier discussions, and service-improvement forums.
Support monitoring, event-management, automation, runbook, knowledge, shift-left, swarming, and self-healing improvements that reduce detection, diagnosis, restoration, and recurrence times.
Maintain procedures, priority models, communication templates, escalation lists, major-incident checklists, root-cause templates, known-error content, and knowledge articles under document control.
Assist with record-quality reviews, process compliance checks, supplier follow-up, customer or audit evidence preparation, and closure of identified gaps or corrective actions.
Identify recurring process weaknesses, data-quality issues, bottlenecks, supplier delays, and automation opportunities, and contribute to practical continual-improvement initiatives.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Required Education, Knowledge, and Certifications:</strong>
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required; relevant training in Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Monitor, Support and Fulfil, or Create, Deliver and Support is strongly preferred.
Training in Site Reliability Engineering, SIAM, COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000, Lean Six Sigma, risk management, business continuity, project management, or information security is advantageous.
Good working knowledge of IT service management, service operation and transition, service reliability, operational resilience, customer experience, service levels, supplier obligations, and continual improvement.
<strong>Required Hard Skills:</strong>
Working knowledge of Incident, Major Incident, and Problem Management lifecycles, roles, priority models, escalation paths, communications, governance forums, and record requirements.
Ability to review incident and problem records, identify missing or inconsistent data, monitor SLA and aging status, maintain traceability, and follow approved escalation and closure procedures.
Practical capability in major-incident coordination, bridge-call administration, timeline and action logging, stakeholder updates, restoration tracking, and post-incident documentation.
