Role Description This full-time, on-site Chemistry Teacher role is based in Doha, Qatar, at an international school partnered with Sila Recruitment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Chemistry Education knowledge, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and support student understanding. Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Teaching skills to design structured, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activities. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with students, colleagues, and families in a professional and respectful manner. Candidates should ideally possess a foundational understanding of Physics to support integrated science teaching when required. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Science Education, or a closely related field. Recognized teaching qualification or certification and prior experience teaching chemistry at the middle or high school level. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and support diverse learning needs in a gender-neutral, inclusive classroom. Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and comfort using educational technology and digital learning tools. Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar, and comply with local employment and visa regulations.
