We are looking for an accomplished Project Controls Director to lead and oversee all project controls functions across a portfolio of large-scale developments, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, reporting, and performance monitoring throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing project controls on complex, multi-billion-dollar projects and driving successful project delivery through robust governance and performance management frameworks. Key Responsibilities:Lead the Project Controls function across multiple projects and business units. Establish and maintain project controls policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, risk management, and reporting activities. Monitor project performance against approved baselines and recommend corrective actions where required. Develop executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
